It was difficult just to schedule a showing because the seller did not want to move, which already made things complicated. On top of that, communication from Bri was very poor/ little to none. She was SLOW to respond to my realtor and often delayed getting back to us, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. Once we submitted an offer, we were told there were multiple offers on the property. (LIE) Shortly after, the seller significantly raised the price.(20,000$). The entire situation felt more like a game than a professional transaction handled with transparency and integrity. It honestly felt like we were being pushed to increase our offer without clear evidence of other active buyers. Ultimately, we decided to move on and pursue another property, which ended up being a much better/cleaner fit. Interestingly, once we canceled our offer, the home went right back on the market and continues to show as available. That definitely made us question the "multiple offers" we were told about. She doesn't care about veterans or military/law enforcement. Buying a home is already stressful, and clear communication, honesty, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience her AT ALL. I don't recommend using this flashy mindless realtor. She also tried to threaten the open house and bribe me to not have the open house for me to pay more. If I could give her ZERO stars I would. Her name is big and all hype if your serious with money and want something with quick response time stay away!!!!

Jenn" Timothy Roney's response: "Feel free to leave your full name email and mailing address if you want a real response" My response: "Jennifer Waschenbecker ****@gmail.com Why on earth would you require my mailing address to answer a simple question? I'm a teacher and I am gathering information in advance of my visit to California on Christmas break. No one else has desired to communicate through the postal service. I certainly don't." Timothy Roney's response: "Too much AI & non committed buyers (non buyers) My response: "This is by far the rudest response I have had to a simple inquiry. I feel sorry for your poor seller. They have no idea. How do you expect buyers to commit when you refuse to provide basic information? I will just find a good agent or else contact the owner directly if I can locate them. Do not use any more of your valuable time communicating with me." After asking that Timothy Roney not communicate with me (in the above text) he replied: "Your response is the rudest inquiry I have gotten" And another from him immediately after: "You can call" My last and final response: "Really? Now everyone is always…read morerecommending someone and I have spoken to a few agents now and Polly is such a professional but very understanding and sweet. I don't like feeling pressured to start services with someone, I don't give out any contact info but a email at first because I don't want someone hounding me. Polly is the opposite, she has been super helpful when I need her but hasn't hounded me once. She has given me more confidence and more information based on where I live, what I can sell for and what I can buy in the area's I am looking for. What I truly love about Polly is that she is very very informative but she is also very positive. I spoke to other agents that I've kept in touch with for over a year and never received the information I have received from Polly and the other agents are always a Debbie Downer. Explaining that I might not get that much for my place where as Polly was positive and explained based on the market and in my area, I can get a heck of a lot more than what the other Agents were thinking. So I just feel very good with Polly and will recommend her to anyone looking for a great Real Estate Agent/broker.

The agent I was working with was late for appointments (didn't show up for two of them), continued to show us the same kind of downtrodden properties, neglected to inform us of critical financial information, and didn't appear to have any real interest in finding us a home. It was only when I contacted our agent's boss (Brian Ends) that we were able to locate a property that was suitable to our needs. To top it off, after the closing, the agent placed all of our signed documents under our door mat and then drove off (only later calling me while on the road to confirm that the closing was done and the house was ours); mind you, I was home when she dropped off the documents. Finally, their recommended lender (through Countrywide, prior to the BoA buyout) was an absolute joke. Disorganized, short-tempered, and also uninformative. It's been three years so I hope things have changed, but I would avoid working with Paloma @ Realty Executives at all costs. She's too young, immature, and non-communicative to be left in charge of your home buying experience.

Amazing! I didn't make the home search easy on Amber with my million dollar list of demands and 10 cent budget, but we closed on the perfect house just last week. Amber not only met every demand (vaulted ceilings, pool but still requiring a large flat yard, must have view of pool from living room, 2000+ sq. ft, studio space for my husband, second living space for baby's toys, freeway accessible, 15 mins. or less commute...I mean, the list goes on) but she managed to do all of this and within our budget. In addition to getting us the house of our dreams, she could write a book called "How to Deal with Know-it-All Customers Who Actually Know Nothing"... I would be the star of that chapter. No matter how inane my request, she figured out how to either accommodate or talk me off the ledge. Maybe she can give a copy to my husband. I would recommend Amber to anybody looking to get results in real estate, especially if you want to do so and enjoy the process.
