During this COVID-19 pandemic, we have been grateful for the extra care that Dr. Adams and his team have taken to keep us safe and protected during our recent visits for routine dental care. These precautions have included: thorough telephone questioning prior to entering the facility; temperature checks of all patients as they enter the facility, plexiglass protective dividers in the front office, medical-grade masks worn by all employees at all times. Patients are also being scheduled to minimize in-office encounters with one another. In addition, our new dental hygienist told me this past week that every member of the Cascadia team has now been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, which is very important to us.
Dr. Adams has been our dentist for more than 4 years. In that period of time Dr. Adams has provided us (two senior citizens, one a physician) with a wide variety of general and specialty procedures, including major cosmetic restorations. We have found Dr. Adams to be thoroughly professional, caring, and more than willing to communicate his concerns and opinions regarding our dental needs on all appropriate levels. He is also a genuinely nice person. We have gained the utmost confidence in him, and intend to continue seeing him as our "go-to" dentist for all of our dental needs. We can highly recommend him to anyone desiring the services of a "recently" trained and very up-to-date dentist!
The entire Cascadia dental staff is personable, professional, efficient and thorough. The front office staff also makes every effort to ensure that our dental insurance pays as much as possible, and that our cost shares are kept to a minimum. They are the best dental team we have ever encountered. Our last cleaning with Katie, one of the team's dental hygienists, was outstanding. She is very personable, professional, helpful, insightful, and informative. She thoughtfully and articulately answered all of our questions, and addressed our personal concerns.
