I asked if a filling can be done they advised me against it. shortly after our 6 month check up my son began to complain about extreme pain. when I brought him in they advised they can only sedate the patient & extract. I asked if a pulpotomy could be done they said no. in my professional opinion they did not do any of the other procedures (which were much less invasive) because state insurance only pays for prevention. its unfortunate the insurance doesn't pay but this is malpractice & needs to be investigated. If I could prevent one child from losing a tooth & pain from this review that would be great! I was in dental for 10 years & am fully aware of procedures & insurance

But Dr. Gore has done a wonderful job taking over the practice. As far as I understand he was personally selected by Dr. Cerven. He similarly embraces technological advances in dental care. I'd wager he hired her staff, which makes the prior review unfortunate. Perhaps it was bad timing or a new hire. The office cares for a 91 year old female in our home who would not settle for rudeness.
