The dentist was non-judgmental and was very calming. He explained everything to me but did not put any pressure to do anything. He seemed to REALLY care about his patients. I will recommend and would go back without hesitation. As a plus, they had a small area for small children to play which is something that many offices forget to add. I told her I would like to schedule a routine cleaning and she said that I could come in tomorrow. I told her who my previous dentist was and I was told that they would get my records. I went in today, they did not have my previous x rays. They tried to have me take x rays without verifying that it was time or that my insurance would cover it based on the last x rays I had. Which it was not time... Then when I went to check out after my cleaning with no x rays, the office personnel told me that I owed $78 for the cleaning. Of which I have never had to pay anything for a cleaning. She then informed me that they were an out of network provider. This is all information that should have been given before my cleaning. I will not go there again. Very disappointed!

If your appointment is for 2 pm, be there a few minutes early because at 2 pm you will be walking back to a room. Whatever the purpose of the visit, you will taken care of and on your way quicker than most haircuts or fast food drive-thru's. Aside from the typical care, I also began the use of Invisalign almost a year ago. They have walked me through this process and are helping me progress to a better smile.
