We paid for the comprehensive plan ($6500.00) It became evident to my wife and I that we were not getting the services promised shortly after our 2nd payment of $3250.00 was made. I called Ms. Frye to cancel our relationship with College Connect 101 Inc. She became very agitated and hung up the phone on me. The next day my daughter informed me that Ms. Frye used my her password and COMPLETELY ERASED her Common App College Application. Needless to say my daughter was devastated and could not understand why someone would do such a thing. My wife and I ended up taking her to court and we were awarded a judgement in our favor. She was supposed to pay us within a 30 day time frame. The 30 days has come and gone and at the time of this writing, we have not received the funds that the court awarded us. Hiring College Connect 101 Inc. (GIgi Frye) was supposed to alleviate some of the stress associated with this process but all it did was add to it tremendously!!!
