Capsular contracture returned quickly after the compression and all treatments were completed. Capsule clearly wasn't resolved, if it's returned back to grade 3 in less than 2 weeks. Money won't go towards surgery and now I'm out 3k. Staff was nice but I could have saved the 3k, stayed home and be in the same spot.

We received a call…read morefrom the hospital on 4/4/22 advising us to consult his Parkview provider regarding two of the prescriptions that he was sent home with from the hospital. I left a message with Parkview for a call back-a nurse returned my call and said that she would forward my message to the provider-two more messages from me and a week later still no call from the provider or even a nurse. My dad is now back in hospital and I reported the issue today after which I received a call back from someone who did not identify her position but told me since my dad is in the hospital I need to work with the hospital on his prescriptions. To which I responded "your a week late in calling me back-My questions are no longer relavent. A week to return a patient message is absolutely unacceptable. The woman responded "Ok, have a nice day." Avoid this practice at all costs!!!

My primary concern, and pretty much the only reason I go to see them, is to get my Imitrex refilled (a non-narcotic migraine medication), which is essential to me being able to function in everyday life, especially work. AND THEY JUST DON'T FILL IT! On time, correctly...sometimes ever. I have had to call daily at times, dealing with their ridiculous hold times, and always receive a 'yes', that it will be filled. And, more than half the time (and that's even when I ride them) it is either never sent, sent incorrectly, or sent to the wrong pharmacy. Oh, and as a side note, I was once waiting for a doctor to give me a paper prescription because of all the screw ups and the doctor even screwed up the paper prescription. As a nurse took the prescription back to get fixed I overheard one of the receptionists mutter "Yeah, I bet you want your pain pills". The idiots not only didn't know Imitrex is NOT a narcotic they berated a patient within earshot. Absolutely despicable.

I couldn't get in to see him (2 days before Christmas) so I went to express care. The guy wouldn't listen to me, said he wouldn't prescribe anti-biotics because it's viral. Next day I'm coughing up a constant stream of dark phlem - the usual bacterial infection. Now I'll have to go to the ER and hope I get treated by someone competent there, or spend Christmas in bed coughing my lungs out.

Now, having said that, I found the staff in the Mount Airy office to be pleasant and helpful I had some issues with my insurance card, but it was cleared up and staff worked with me efficiently. As for the physician; she was competent and friendly and she listened to my concerns with relevant, helpful suggestions. I see these other very bad reviews and I am so thankful that I did not have that experience at all.

She took a lot of time to listen to the history of my condition, what tests had been done so far, and what various doctors have found (or not). Everyone on staff are extremely friendly, and seem completely dedicated and committed to a good patient experience. The wait time before the appointment is minimal, and usually only a few minutes, if that. They are busy, but extremely efficient, and I've never felt like I have been lost or forgotten about in the shuffle. They even remember specific unique needs that each patient has to be as comfortable as they can during their session. I have a very complicated issue that still has no specific diagnosis. I know that makes any physical therapist's job significantly more difficult. However, Hali is clearly committed to helping me, and always offers excellent advice and recommendations for following up on my medical issue with the various doctors I've been seeing. She has never given up on me, even though I know some doctors have. I have noticed she provides the same exceptional level of care to other patients in the room too. From my observations, everyone in the office who interacts directly with the patients are patient, caring, focused committed to helping their patients get better.
