I commend David for being different from other agents. My son was recently hit by another party running a red light. That party's insurance company accepted liability. When I called David for advice, he advised me of my rights under my policy to get a 2nd offer on the total loss. Most other agents would have accepted that the other company was paying and would have let them settle with them. If you're looking for insurance or want a new agent, Mr. Wesley is your man. Being from California, I recently purchased a boat from Louisiana and did not know I needed some paper and forms to tow through the great state of Texas. I contacted my agent locally and she did not know what I was talking about. She advised me to contact an agency in Texas as they'd probably be more help. That is when I stumbled across Mr. Wesley. He went above and beyond to help me along with the process I needed to get my boat back to California. He didn't have to help me, he would not have benefited from it, he didn't have to do the research he needed to, but he did it anyway. He stayed on top of the situation the entire time, kept me informed and updated me every step of the way. It was like God himself reached down and said, Tom, let me show you the way son.
