She insisted there was no fee for this. Well, they charged me for the last three years with this fee!! 30 minutes later I called back and dropped them for auto. All this after they jacked my homeowners by nearly $400!! I can't wait to drop my homeowners with them.

I attempted to cancel my policy via website Sept 5 called on the 6th, 7th, and 11th and the policy still stands as active on their website. I also sent two different emails out two different individuals. I was told I would receive a document to cancel the policy which never came which is fine you can omit it as I have told you now a dozen times you no longer have consent to withdrawal funds from any of my accounts.
