Cleanings have been paid for twice a year by insurance have not changed insurance or jobs and now all of a sudden I'm getting bills for things they're not covering or saying I had done when not and when my insurance is not changed. They definitely make up stuff to get money out of the customer now the front staff acts like they know everything and are never wrong. New doctors come and go. I could only imagine why. You'll never get the same one also it's OK for them to call you same day and cancel on you multiple times with mo repercussions but if I call to reschedule on the same day and reschedule they have to charge me for it good luck ever getting that money from me and when I call them out for it, they don't give a crap. Will be taking my whole family else elsewhere. I'm glad they lost five people we will never be back. Eventually this place will be another name being bought out again. BEWARE.

Dr Morrison did a very good job on my recent filling, giving me just the right amount of novocaine and did the procedure in a timey manner. The office billing team is always spot on. I have never had any surprises on my bill or any insurance issues, also I never had a excessive wait to start my appointments.
