I was initially interested in electric bike but after talking to John I decided that wasn't a great decision for me. Then he helped me pick out multiple bikes to give a test spin outside! I went in to get a new tube for my friends bike with a few questions and walked out with a new (used) bike and lots of knowledge! Plus two free tune ups. I had my wiener dog with me and everyone was super cool with him being around. This shop I can tell is full of heart and soul for bikes bicyclists and the community. I had Tom help me repair my tire and tube. He asked me questions and was very present, curious, and made sure I knew what he knew and what he could do about helping me with my bike. Every single person in the store was pleasant to be around including all of the staff. Great vibes for weird times during this virus. I'll be back!Tom!
