Aweful! Can't believe they can still practice dentistry. So much not done to protect my teeth and…read morenot placing crowns correctly. Left so much cavity without cleaning it all out before placing the filling. "Dr Bill" re did the filling twice and when I went to my new dentist they were shocked at the amount of decay that was left from previous dentist (Bill Shortt) and yes that was the exact words. This guy got me for an implant after giving me a horrible crown that failed within a year. As he was placing the implant (which was not done correctly and need to have fixed) he did not numb the back of my tooth he was pulling on to remove and I could feel everything! Like other patients comments he made a cocky comment to his assistant with his hand in my mouth about how I couldn't feel him cutting through the bone but could feel the tooth being pulled out, bc he numbed the same spot over and over and neglected the space behind the tooth. I was in tears and him and his assistant acted like I was over reacting or just sensitive. No way! I can handle pain this is not ok and I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. My husband has had issues as well such as his work needed re done. I've never been to a dentist that has to re do so much of their own work!
