Dr. Berrios essentially told me I needed to go back to my old doctor and talk to him. I tried to explain he's not in my network anymore and was told I needed a second biopsy if I was experiencing what I was currently experiencing. He said "maybe if you write him a nice email". I was FLOORED. I spent almost $100 for this visit. I ended up choosing a new doctor who did do a second biopsy and at 31 years old, I was diagnosed with cancer. If Dr. Berrios took me seriously and actually wanted to help me, I could have had this diagnosis back in September. I'm appalled and heart broken by this.

When I met Dr. Kim, he was professional, clear, and straightforward. He explained my treatment options concisely and also pointed out potential risks related to my other teeth. After discussing everything together, we decided to take a conservative approach -- remove the wisdom teeth first and monitor the other teeth to see if they could recover over time. I really appreciated being involved in the decision-making process. The surgery itself was excellent. It was my first time receiving anesthesia and having teeth extracted, and I can honestly say I felt absolutely no discomfort. Dr. Kim removed both wisdom teeth efficiently and skillfully.
