Throughout the organization, Managing Member David Duffy has built the firm based on a level of professionalism and communication that exceeds most clients' expectations. For more than 25 years, David Duffy has sought and retained gifted team members that have expertise in all facets of accounting, auditing, and tax services. Like Duffy, many of them have also had a considerable amount of experience operating small- and medium-sized businesses. They understand their clients' needs and concerns from the inside--and make sure that they are met. Not just an accounting firm, David Duffy, CPA has also become a trusted resource for a myriad of practical solutions for those that they serve. The firm maintains a staff of highly-trained technology professionals that often develop innovative methods to help their clients deal with complex business opportunities and challenges.

Meet the Business Owner: David D.

Few executives in financial and tax services can bring to the table the diverse management experience that David Duffy can. He understands the challenges of running small businesses and the complex issues that often confront large-scale entities, because he has the first-hand knowledge from working with many of them. David Duffy graduated with distinction from San Diego State University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Duffy credits his military training with helping shape his career with a laser-like focus. Over an 18-year span, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Serving actively from 1972-76 and then as a member of the reserve, becoming a Commissioned Officer, achieving the rank of Captain. In 1988 he was selected as the nation's outstanding Marine reserve officer. Duffy's duties today include managing the operations and practice development of a multi-office certified public accounting firm.
