One time i was buying a new car on a saturday. the dealer wouldn't let me drive it off the lot because the ins card i had was expired. my coverage was active but i forgot to put the new card in my car. i called araceli and they were able to email me the new card in a few mins. i was able to complete the purchase and drive the new car off the lot. true lifesavers because i had drove 90mins to the dealership. without them i would have had to drive home, get the new car and drive back to the dealership. it would have taken all day and a lot of gas. save yourself the grief and go with araceli.
