This place is great. I have had the hardest time finding affordable and reliable insurance with an appropriate deductible. New driver with no negative history but also very little (licensed) driving history. Well, Eddie (Hamid is his real name) is the man and he helped me with a plan... Had went through this company years ago and unfortunately stayed with them when i purchased my new car. I have now switched to a new broker who is not looking to make money off you, does things legit, and not requiring a "down payment" I was charged a $154 "processing fee" on top of the 1st month fee for my insurance. As insurance brokers, your cut comes out from the actual insurance company themselves, not from the people paying for insurance. So dude made a $154 commission, and even said "that is my commission" when asked why is the 1st payment so high? I also had asked for a car i sold to be taken off my insurance and they said no problem, then said the sold car will be off insurance end of month! WHAT!!! This was on the 2nd of February and today received a email saying my sold car is officially off the insurance! Seriously?? Thank God nothing happened to the car with the new owner! ONLY ADVISE: YEAH PRICE IS RIGHT, BUT PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT COVERAGE YOUR BEING OFFERED. Also, as a female did not appreciate the fact that the broker was texting me and saying he likes me, i'm really cute and so on. Not a way to run a business in my eyes. read more

I am appalled at how the manger treated me today, I was told by the broker than I would get a refund of my broker fee back per how much was prorated and when I came in I was told that the broker I signed with wasn't there, and instead the manager came in and spoke with me, I expressed my concern and mentioned that because he was an agent of the firm, they must carry on his word, because he spoke on behalf of the firm, I was charged a $150 broker fee and i asked him if I were to cancel my plan in 6 months would I receive $75 of my broker fee and I was told yes, on top of how much the insurance company would reimburse me he would personally have this business reimburse me the broker fee as well. I cancelled the insurance at the 5 month mark and my broker fee refund should have been roughly $88 and I make plenty of money at work, $88 is not going to bankrupt me nor will it make me rich, I could care less about the $88, The reason I have left this review and taken the time to inform of you fellow yelp'ers of this business is because I am a man of my word, and when other people aren't men of their words it really annoys me, I find it very deceiving and again like I said, $88 bucks isn't going to put me out of the streets to be homeless nor will it make me rich, it's the principle of him giving me his word and the manager not only ignoring that, but also giving me attitude and being rude. Save yourself some time and just go on major insurance company websites for your insurance needs, because this business is simply charging you a non-refundable 150$ broker fee for simply clicking a few buttons on their computer, and the insurance companys' they are going through are not the best either. read more
