Five minutes turned into hours, and hours turned into days, with no call, email, or update from Nick or anyone else at the agency. While I appreciated Nick's courteous manner and found him pleasant to speak with, the lack of follow-through was disappointing. When you're shopping for insurance, responsiveness and reliability are important. Based on my experience, this broker did not deliver on the service that was promised.

Their roadside assistance is usually pretty efficient--most times, they show up within 45 minutes to an hour, which is just enough time to question all your life choices while waiting on the side of the road. And let's not forget their travel services, because why waste hours planning a trip when you can just let AAA do it for you? Basically, they exist to save you from yourself, and honestly, I appreciate that. So when they send me a renewal notice, do I hesitate? Absolutely not. The agent repeatedly promised to send it "in 10 minutes," but four days have passed and I've received nothing. When I contacted the insurance company directly, they confirmed that it is the agent's responsibility to provide the RCE. This level of service is unacceptable. I wish I could give negative stars. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of follow-through.
