Note to introverts or neurodivergent: This facility tends to be rather loud. The therapists and…read morestaff are very chatty with each other, and not necessarily with their clients. If you need a quieter and more private experience, you'll want to specifically mention that when checking out other PT facilities. I have had physical therapy before and I have never had a therapist/technician working with two clients at one time. That may be the norm now, but it certainly wasn't in the past and that is the experience you will have at this facility. The intake room was private and quiet, but the physical therapy that goes on in the main part of the facility is open to everyone and rather small. I wouldn't have a problem with that if the staff were attentive to their clients rather than socializing with each other, but that was not the case. The targeted exercises, availability at this facility, and the Limber app were all great. Unfortunately, the overall experience was too loud and distracting for me to consider using them long-term.

All the physical therapists here are skilled, experienced, highly trained, and attuned to details…read more Working with Tiffany Gelle is changing my life. I'm walking and balancing better with a numb foot, and all the muscles involved are learning their jobs. If your doctor orders physical therapy, don't mess around. I've been treated at various PT practices over the years, and Advanced Physical Therapy is the best. It's small, comfortable, and well-staffed. Another tip: Don't trust your body to untrained amateurs. I made that mistake at Stretch Lab, and I suffered for a week.

This review comes full of tears because I remember the pain I felt when i first saw Doctor Stephen…read moreWilson over 10 years ago. I never knew it would be this long but our bodies deliver us challenges that sometimes we have to accept and try our best to overcome them. I was referred to him by my pharmacist at C**. He was the 1st Dr to touch my back in years of muscle spasms. And my face broke out in a sweat. After years of treatment and open communication I am doing very well. I realize that if I was treated as a non human I would still be in agonizing pain and my life would be very difficult as well as mentally exhausted. Because that's what pain does it drains your source of life. I respect Dr Wilson because he listens to me, his staff his very accommodating to scheduling and I don't and can't imagine my everyday life of functioning as a regular human being without the treatment I get here. I am thankful that I am a happy functioning part of the world we call life. I used to live 5 minutes away from his office now I am 40 minutes away and I still choose to come here. He is a respectful Dr to your health and your time. I never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment time which is important to me.

I must admit it did take a while too be seen by Dr. Wilson. It was well worth it!…read more I first took the tile to research his type of practice and scheduled my appointment at of time when I felt I could get the best attention. Dr. Wilson confirmed what I already knew. In the end it cost me nothing. I've worked for at least seven doctors of various fields from my early 20's including radiology and in a laboratory. I also worked on the Detroit Fire Department, EMS Division. I found that depending on the type of specialties, ones doctor may require additional time depending on the case. Doctor Wilson is very meticulous when making a diagnosis. That alone can cause a backup within patient care during a clinic session, in the emergency room or out in the field during an emergency. I found Dr. Wilson to be a very capable doctor who's working during Covid-19, which can cause delays. I also found his staff too be very capable. If there's a problem he could easily have regular bimonthly staff meetings with a focus on improving timely patient scheduling and billing to better meet patient care. Remember, the doctor and his/her staff should function as a family with the patients well-being in the forefront. Would I revisit or recommend? Yes.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the health care services I received at B2 You…read more I had high hopes that they could help me, but they chose not to. I felt the PT doctor was capable and qualified. But for some reason when I came in on my fifth appointment, I was told that they could no longer see me because by this time, five or six appointments, I should be '50% better'. How did they make this determination? There was hardly enough time to assess anything. I sent an email to the owner expressing my concern. I received a call back from the operations manager. Her first question to me was 'what kind of insurance do you have' which I thought was peculiar. She said she would call me back in an hour. The only call I got back a week later was from their billing department. Nobody called me back to explain why I was abruptly dumped from their care. I am left to believe that B2 You cares only about compensation not helping people heal. I am now forced to get another referral for a different provider from my PCP.
