But for some reason when I came in on my fifth appointment, I was told that they could no longer see me because by this time, five or six appointments, I should be '50% better'. How did they make this determination? There was hardly enough time to assess anything. I sent an email to the owner expressing my concern. I received a call back from the operations manager. Her first question to me was 'what kind of insurance do you have' which I thought was peculiar. She said she would call me back in an hour. The only call I got back a week later was from their billing department. Nobody called me back to explain why I was abruptly dumped from their care. I am left to believe that B2 You cares only about compensation not helping people heal. I am now forced to get another referral for a different provider from my PCP.

If you need a quieter and more private experience, you'll want to specifically mention that when checking out other PT facilities. I have had physical therapy before and I have never had a therapist/technician working with two clients at one time. That may be the norm now, but it certainly wasn't in the past and that is the experience you will have at this facility. The intake room was private and quiet, but the physical therapy that goes on in the main part of the facility is open to everyone and rather small. I wouldn't have a problem with that if the staff were attentive to their clients rather than socializing with each other, but that was not the case. The targeted exercises, availability at this facility, and the Limber app were all great. Unfortunately, the overall experience was too loud and distracting for me to consider using them long-term.

I have to say that I am beyond blown away by his progress by the care of the office staff and therapists as well as the owner. How seen, heard, and loved my son knows that he is every day that he is there. Our speech therapist, Reem, has been working with my son for one month now- (8 sessions), he went from having as few as 3 words (up down and cat) at our initial evaluation to becoming like a river that has burst through a dam. As of today he can identify shapes, colors, numbers, animals, and people. He only likes to say his dad's name and hasn't mastered speaking and communication quite yet but the progress we are observing is incredible. It brings me to tears every single time I hear my boy's voice come up with something new. The office is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, accommodating, kind, and loving. Delays or not, his brother will be joining this facility as soon as he's old enough as well.

All sessions felt like a waste of time and my child and myself gained nothing from it. It was disheartening and I wish I had pulled him out sooner to go where we are at now. Almost a year went by and absolutely no progress. The therapists were always late at the start time and early to get us out. The turnover of staff is shocking; we've changed therapists numerous times so essentially we had to start all over again with each new, inexperienced person. The worst though is definitely the billing, it's absolute mayhem. I am currently still dealing with incompetent employees at this place and it has actually gotten worse. I highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere.
