One other thing I love about athletico is that they offer free injury screenings so that you can figure out what direction you need to go in without spending a ton of money (mri, X-rays, doctors, etc.)

I went here for the Foot Doctor…read more What's odd is that you come in the front door which says "Handicap Accessible", to a place that services physical therapy AND foot problems, and you can see a wheel chair through the front door on the inside.....and the front door is NOT handicap accessible. You have to open a hard-to-open swinging door. There's no button to open automatically. Does that not seem strange to anyone else? How do people get in with wheel chairs? Or on crutches? So do you avoid laws about handicap access if you simply put "Handicap Accessible" when it's NOT?

We called EPIC this morning before his scheduled annual appointment to tell them that his insurance has changed and someone from a third party answering service told him that they accept his insurance and to go to his appointment and everything would be fine. Upon arrival he gave them his insurance card and they said all is fine and they already had the info. Then AFTER ATHE APPOINTMENT they told him that he needed to update his PCP or else insurance wouldn't cover--guess what?! None of the PCPs are covered by his insurance. So now we're just screwed. He found out that he "owes" them hundreds of dollars for care he never received! They said they bill you for chronic care management, HE DOES NOT HAVE A CHRONIC CONDITION! This is crazy and no one offered him any solution at the office. This place is FRAUD!
