Even…read morethough I paid every single time I went, months later they sent me an invoice for hundreds of dollars. It turned out they did not obtain the prior authorization necessary and they had the amounts wrong I did pay incorrect. It was on me to do all the research which took time. Ultimately I owed $25 which given I did pay each time I went should never have happened. Will never go back nor recommend. My PT left now anyway. They are sloppy on the business side. Sad really because they helped me a lot and the clinical staff was great but aggravation makes it not worth returning and the worst part is their management didn't even care enough to call me back. I just dealt with billing rep.

So glad I came in. 2 treatments over 2 days and I was back to almost my usual self. Sped up my time of recovery by several days for sure. I was given treatment in the form of electro stimulation, stretches, hot/cold pack and some back/chiro manipulation. Immediately after the treatment I was able to walk and bend when I was in so much pain when I walked in I could barely sit/stand. Made a world of difference. I will def come back for any back troubles. I was prescribed a course of 15 treatments though but unfortunately they are out of network for all insurance so it was not cost effective for me to meet my large deductible when I was feeling so much better.
