I broke down and realized I needed help. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Dr. Gonsman. Aside from being very close to my home, he brought me in hours within me calling to schedule an appt. I waited less than 3 minutes in the waiting room to get back to the exam room. His assistant took me back and took my xrays. Everyone was extremely friendly. The Dr came in and was very pleasant. He talked to me through the entire exam and gave me soooo much helpful info. and my cleaning was great too. He showed me on my xrays exactly where and what i needed done. He gave me the option between silver and composite fillings and explained each very clearly, making sure to let me know the composites may cost a little more. I opted for the composites for their color, and To my surprise, the composites were incredibly afforable even with my insurance paying only a little over half. A week later he put in my 5 composites, and although I was extremely anxious being that I've never had fillings, they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and had as little pain as possible. He talked to me through the procedure, allowed my husband to be around for my comfort and made sure to let me know to tell him if I had any pain at all during and stopped as soon as I had any and took care of it. He took his time on my teeth and they turned out beautifully. After it was all said and done they made payment arrangements with me and my tight budget to pay off my work(which was a great price, even with me being on unemployment) This was an absolutely wonderful experience for me and for the first time in my life Im EXCITED to go back to the dentist. I will definitely be recommending Dr Gonsman to friends and family. This is how dentistry should be. Comfortable. Inviting. Informative. Thorough.

Dr. Saad performed a Root Canal on a tooth of mine that was an anchor to a Bridge. He explained…read morehow saving a tooth was better than getting an implant by asking me a simple question: "If you suffered an injury to your arm, would you rather save your real arm or have a prosthetic one instead?" (Duh, save the real arm of course if possible). That made good sense to me and so I put my tooth in the skilled and expert hands of Dr. Saad, and I am very glad that I did! He removed the nerves and, more importantly, he removed a Post from the Bridge that was the cause of some infection. Of course there was some pain following the procedure as one should expect (but NOT during the procedure), but Dr. Saad prescribed Antibiotics and some medication for the pain. The follow-up two weeks later was a piece of cake and Dr. Saad assured me after the second and final visit that I was "Good to go!" He was right since it has been one month now and my tooth, and the Bridge that it is attached to, are great! No one wants to have a Root Canal performed on them, but if you must, have Dr. Saad do the procedure. I can assure you that you'll be in good hands.

We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited! IT DID NOT GO IN HIS ACCOUNT! -It was DEPOSITED into an employee's Account. We went to our Branch Manager, then TOOK Banks copies to him, out of courtesy, kindness, as one should. -Still, Dr Kovacevic turned us over to collections for hubs work after we went out of our way to help. -I am unaware of what happened w his employee, the funds. Going to the dentist is never a present experience. Throughout the years, Dr. Ray has only made this experience worse. Starting with his demeanor, let's call it... Less than friendly. He does not make you feel welcome. The last time I was there he did not even say hello to me. I'm serious, I took note of it. And, whatever. I could overlook this. I don't care if you aren't nice to me if you're good at your job. If he didn't mess my teeth up (worse than they are) and pull on the outside of my mouth with a metal instrument so hard that it rubbed the skin off and started bleeding. I was getting a cavity filled and my face was being yanked way more than normal, I couldn't feel anything because I was numb. He was actually driving his metal instrument into my face, grinding the skin off of it. I mean, I get not saying hi, but taking it a little too far maybe? I included pictures. Cavities he's done on me have broken within two years or turned into abscesses that need expensive root canals. The last straw was when he did a cavity and it became infected within two weeks (I'm honestly not exaggerating). There are much better dentists in Greensburg. Especially if you don't want to end up with your face bleeding, looking like you have a reverse cold sore.
