Covered because of the bus terminal and super accessible. The box office had out tickets and we scanned in with the gentleman waiting at the bottom of the stairs. Concession was open with beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks. I grabbed a moscato and a couple bottles of water. The film festival is almost 2 hours long. Beautiful and amazing. Comes once a year. You really need to try it.

We had great seats, and the sound system was clear. Parking: We didn't realize there was a parking garage across from the venue. We followed other cars into a lot just before we the venue. I had a child in dance (not at this establishment, thankfully), and have never seen such negligent and unethical behavior. Unfortunately, I have a relative that has children enrolled in classes there, and have heard of the behavior rampant within the management, even seeing some of the email and text messages sent from the staff. I have also been on site to pick up children and have seen the repeatedly under-supplied bathroom essentials. The management has failed to notify patents of schedules in a timely manner, with as little as less than one week before classes were to start, even though they had opened registration for those classes months beforehand. They have failed to send timely bills, also with less than a week before payment was due. They have changed the pricing of classes at the last minute, again, less than a week before payment was due, and long after parents registered for those classes. At the time of registration, pricing for those classes was listed, but the management waited until the week of billing to decide the price for the classes had to be increased. Honestly, I'd have pulled my child from the class and demanded a return of my registration fee.​ In addition to all of this, they are comparably more expensive than other dance studios. Anyone looking to place their child in dance would do better to spend their money, and less of it at that, with a more efficiently, and ethically run establishment. If zero stars were allowed, that would be my rating.

The popcorn was a good size for a small and I could add my own butter. The nacho chips came in a bag and then i had to empty them into the box they gave me. Same thing with the cheese, it came in a little cup, but surprisingly it was warm. The theater room itself was clean which was nice. Something I really enjoy about coming here is the seating. I went to see Wicket: For Good, and the process of entering the theater, visiting concessions, and finding our seats was solid. The screen size was big and the volume of the movie was loud, but not excessive. I was also happy with the comfy reclining chairs. A couple of detractors included, 1- the reclining chairs were a little beat up; 2- there were a lot of commercials (in addition to some previews, which are welcome) shown before the movie, the lobby is small and there really wasn't much of a place to wait before entering the theater. Overall my experience was good. They have membership programs, which are definitiely a good value for frequent visitors. For an infrequent visitor, like myself, the Tuesday discount was perfect!
