I have been a patient at Dr. Sherbondy's office for years now and would give more than 5 stars, if I could! I've seen Dr. Sherbondy before, but Keith Turner, PA has been my primary provider for the last several years and has helped me figure out what works for me medication wise in a safe, comfortable, and knowledgeable health care setting. This has been a fluid process and I'm very grateful to the whole office for being willing to change/add/drop medications as my needs have changed, pharmacies as my insurance/ job has changed, and addressed any communication issues or questions I had in a timely and patient manner. She also said the doctor only does one new patient appointment per day when I asked for a back-to-back appointment with my husband. Receptionist tried to discourage me from seeing same doctor as my husband even though she had no idea why I wanted that. This doctor may be great, but I will never know-- no chance to make an appointment. This receptionist's handling of my call just cost this practice the revenue stream from two new patients. Seems like they do not care. Frustrating. If I could have put no stars, I would have. I wonder if the doctor knows how the front office is handling calls.
