I was immediately called back, had X rays and was diagnosed with a Radial fracture and was out of there within 90 minutes. This place is super efficient - everyone I encountered was amazing. So much better than going to the ER or urgent care - just to be sent home with a referral to follow up with an orthopedic doc. It's literally one stop shopping! Hopefully, I will not need their services in the future, but I'm so grateful places like these exist.

I said I wouldn't come back if he didn't get the authorization right then, which he did. I asked if he'd seen a copy of the MRI my doctor had sent. He did not. He then went searching for it and found a typed readout, not an MRI. The first thing he always says to me is, "are you ready for that new knee?". I've told him several times previously that I could not afford the down time. All I need are removal of torn meniscus and a cyst that would greatly reduce the pain. He's just not interested. They even delivered to my house, a pneumatic cryo shoulder brace, because they thought it would help with my pain and recovery. And he didn't care about MRI nor the X-ray they insisted he wanted me to have. It was the biggest waste of time and money. Then he said I needed to see the ankle doctor. Well the ankle dr was only "maybe" going to see patients there. He is normally at StJoe. It was all ridiculous.
