My daughter showed her the vision she had for her day and she was told she could complete it and we agreed on a price. What was delivered was not at all what we asked for. The swags over the tables were embarrassing and the table centerpieces were small and lacking florals. We had asked for a long row of flowers for the aisle and she ended up doing trays with the oasis showing. I went back to Abby and tried to discuss refunding all or even a portion of what we paid for. We got the run around. She began talking about how her insurance company needed to reimburse me. Last I heard insurance companies don't do that and I asked for the information of a contact person there was no response. All in all, I do NOT recommend this shop at all. She does not deliver what was expected and the end result was not at all equal to what we paid. Again, my daughter who is in med school is out the money and there was no responsibility taken for this mess. Proceed with caution.

Upon the death of my husband, it was sent to me as a sympathy bouquet from a friend in North Carolina. This is absolutely the worst bouquet that I have ever received. It looks like the flowers were bought at ShopRite, stuck in a vase, and then delivered at an address in Branchburg. I know the sender asked that a sunflower be included in the bouquet--there was none. There was barely a hint of greenery to fill out the bouquet. I feel badly for my friend who sent it, as I can only imagine how much money she spent on this bouquet. I feel like the florist made no attempt to make a decent bouquet, knowing that the person from another state would never see it. And to send such a bouquet to a house where people are grieving demonstrates lack of care and concern. I received several other bouquets from other florists. Each of them looked like they were put together with care, understanding, and love. If I could give Bedminster Florist zero stars I would, as they do not deserve any stars.

The vase was very basic clear glass. Originally I was very happy with the delivery, but when the man who sent them saw what I received he was mad . Apparently he specifically asked for a compact arrangement, with gerbera daisies included ( my fav), the tulips were pretty opposite of his request. The only thing I am angry at is the fact that I personally tipped the delivery person five bucks only to learn the sender already included a ten dollar tip and asked no tip be accepted from me ( I tip everyone) . She was absolutely fantastic, she heard my ideas and thoughts & she designed the most beautiful arrangement for me, and made sure it was delivered to the funeral home for the service. The Valley Florist gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life…read more While out of town, I called to order a small and inexpensive bouquet to be delivered locally. I was told there was a minimum of $45 for delivery and agreed to place an order at that price point (which was higher than I had originally intended to spend.) The flowers were delivered and not only were they not what I ordered, I later found that $58 had been charged to my credit card. Upon returning from my travels I phoned the shop and spoke with a woman who went on a rant regarding "the way that this works" and upon her investigation into my history as a previous customer she said that "you don't have any money." "you didn't spend anything," "no florist includes delivery [even with a minimum] and "do you have sand in your ears?" The woman identified herself as "Betty" and said "I'm the manager of this despicable place." It was absolutely impossible for me to get a word in edgewise. After she hung up on me three times and threatened to phone the police, I decided to do so myself... and my credit card company. I wondered if maybe she was just having a bad day but when I asked I was told that her day was great until "a horrible customer like you came along." Well my apologies for not being a better customer; it's been mutually agreed upon that I won't be a customer in the future. However I'm not sure what kind of future this establishment will have if they are telling customers to go away. Perhaps I wasn't rich enough. I do have to say that some of their previous work looks beautiful so if you are wealthy or plan on spending the big bucks on floral arrangements, give them a call. $45 however just doesn't seem to be enough.
