With only about two months until the wedding, Vinnie helped coordinate our bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, cake decor, center pieces, altar arrangements, aisle arrangements, and even a custom arrangement in a clam shell. He helped us minimize costs across all the arrangements while still keeping them big and beautiful. On the day of, he was timely (even arriving early to bring loose pedals for flat lays) and set up everything perfectly without needing any assistance or input while we were getting ready. They also created a garland for the staircase that was gorgeous. All the centerpieces, floral arrangements, and corsages were fresh with big blooms. The bridal bouquet was also gorgeous. The flowers were delivered on time in the morning around 10 am yesterday, and they are still looking fresh this morning despite some of them sitting out under direct sun for a few hours yesterday. They were absolutely not fresh and died within 2 days and we trashed them. The order with delivery was $117.63 . The second was purchased by a relative and came as orchids that were broken. We refused the order, and they replaced them. I give them credit for that, but I suspect that she would have left them broken if we were not home. The quality for the price is substandard. I called them and left a message about this, and never received a call back. I would certainly think twice about using them.

I'll go in, describe where I want a plant (or bring a photo), and they'll suggest something that will look nice and live in that spot (depending on light). They'll also tell me how to care for it, and everyone I've encountered is very pleasant!

My sister LOVED the first one. The day the second one was delivered, she ended up in the hospital. I called the answering service to try to get the delivery aborted but that didn't work. I emailed them and got an answer email back right away, even though it was in the evening. But then one of their employees (shout out to Nadine!!) actually went to my sister's house, got the arrangement and took it back. She's going to redo it and deliver it again when I tell her my sister is back home. And she was worried about my sister's mail lying outside so she covered it with a plastic bag! The weak link in all this is Purple Pansy's answering service - they didn't pass my message on. Just call during business hours (which are a bit odd) or email for better service.
