I have never given any business a five-star review before, but I would gladly give Dr. Booth Dental Clinic and his amazing staff six stars if I could. I have been a patient of Dr. Booth's for five years, and I would never go anywhere else. Recently, I began bringing my teenage daughter there as well, and she has been just as happy with the care she has received. My daughter has autism and severe anxiety, and the staff, along with Dr. Booth, do an outstanding job communicating with her throughout each procedure and helping her stay calm. It is also a tremendous help that the clinic has a trained golden retriever there to provide comfort and relaxation during visits. If you are considering going anywhere else, you would be making a mistake. read more

I have been going to Doctor Booth for around 6 years now and after my last visit I felt compelled to write a review for them. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Booth himself is an excellent and outstanding dentist. The work he does has always been top notch and I have gone through some major procedures with him. He is very kind and compassion and even provided me with his cell to contact him outside of business hours if I were to have any complications. The building is nice and they seem to really strive to have the have a good comfortable family environment there. First appointment was fantastic. My hygienist was incredibly kind, and explained everything step by step. Dr. Booth was making jokes and setting my anxiety at ease. I have had a lot of dental work done, including two implants, as well as a root canal and many fillings, and all of them have been traumatic experiences until I found Dr. Booth. He was the first dentist to believe me when I said Novacaine does not work on me... he always has Marcaine on hand for me when I have to get dental work done. I HIGHLY recommend him as a kind and caring dentist that always puts his patients first. Terrible experience. Was laughing and joking with the gal cleaning my teeth---appointment was off to a great start until I HAD to take a call from my veterinarian on the results of a lab test after a year of my dog having a chronic ear infection. This time we tested specific bacteria and allowed it to grow in a lab for a couple of weeks. When I took this phone call, I was hovered over by the receptionist and asked to get off the phone. I told them I will leave. And that's exactly what I did. Zero room for human error. Zero empathy. And right into the arms of Dr. Stebbins. read more

I first went to Dr. Booth because I somehow broke off an old crown eating scrambled eggs (don't ask!). Dr Booth didn't know me at all, but asked me to text him a picture of my tooth and then proceeded to meet me in his office to see me on his day off. From that point on, they became my dentist, and I had some extensive dental work done over the next few years. Dr Booth is amazing--he is warm, compassionate, and highly skilled. He and his team are so kind, so professional, and SO fun. I honestly hate going to the dentist (probably how I landed in his chair in the first place, let's be honest), but I felt so comfortable at the Tooth Booth. It's sad to read the other reviews from disgruntled patients, but that does not give an accurate picture of this office. The office was always happily full, but I don't think I ever had to wait more than 3 minutes for any of my appts. I appreciate that level of professionalism! Honestly, the hardest part was trying to keep my mouth open while laughing with the team! I highly recommend the Tooth Booth if you're looking for a great dentist in the valley. read more

waited 4 months to get an appointment and on day of my appointment my 17 year old car broke down and I had to go rescue her tried to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist was rude and condescending and said she would have to check with doctor to see if I can reschedule this happened for a reason because I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this place. read more

The ToothBooth has been by far the best dental experience I have had in the valley. From when you walk in you are greeted by the sweetest receptionist. The assistants and hygienists are absolutely wonderful and friendly. Dr. Booth is by far the most professional dentist I've interacted with, not only does he do an amazing job with my care plan but also discussing my options and how we should move forward. I've never seen a dentist who communicates so well with his patients. It's very reassuring to hear from him what he is comfortable doing and if I should be referred to a specialist. Dr. Booth clearly has his morals set straight to help each patient with their oral health. I've never had an issue with this office and I plan on keeping the ToothBooth as my permanent dentist. expecting that the receptionist would honor her word I entered the Tooth Booth to discuss a discount I was offered because I paid cash. I recounted the offer she made me that if I paid cash I would receive a discount. She changed her story and told me I did not qualify. I explained that what she was saying was in contradiction to what she had said earlier. Joel Booth then appears at the desk and says he will not allow me to talk to his employee about this. I was completely confused as to what he was saying. I asked why I could not get my question answered about the conflicting stories from the receptionist. Mr. Booth told me that I was not allowed to question his receptionist and asked me to leave. I was flabbergast that because of simple request I was being thrown out of the Dentist's office. He was getting pretty heated and also said that I was being " being dismissed" and that he did not need patients like me. I couldn't care less how good the dentist/office is,their inflated sense of entitlement is off the charts.48 hour cancellation "or else",guess what life happens and everywhere else is 24 hours because life happens.Even better they want you to sign that even if you have insurance that all costs of collections including attorney's fee will be added to the bill if your insurance doesn't cover costs of a procedure.First of all if they are willing to have a person sign to that then they are more then willing to perform procedures and THEN inform you that your insurance doesn't pay,then start a bill and you are screwed because you sign their egotistical contract.Second,if any business sends a bill to collections,that was their choice and THEY are responsible for their own costs.Always read anything before signing anything anywhere.Always triple check if your insurance covers the cost of every single aspect of a procedure BEFORE you get the procedure done,get if in writing if you can.I am so glad I read the bottom of the first page of the several pages(Wow,who does that,most dental paper work isn't several pages long usually just two)of new patient paperwork.Most important of all if they(any dentist)demand a copy of your driver's licence/I.D that is for collections/courts purposes,nothing more.Your insurance has already confirmed your identity and your insurance card is all they need.Do not go to any dentist that demands anything more then your insurance card.No dental or medical entity has the right to a copy of your driver's license ever.I mean they have your teeth,what else would they possibly identify you as a human. read more
