I would rather go to the dentist, dmv and have to take my car to the mechanic, all in the same day, than deal with a realtor. I knew it was inevitable when we decided to sell our house, however. I did a home estimate thing on some website and they spammed me David's info. We had seen him in our neighborhood holding up traffic from jaywalking previously (busted!), so we were pretty sure we didn't want to use him. For the sake of my sanity and wanting more than anything to not "shop" around, I answered his spammy phone call. Turns out he's a nice guy with a great sense of humor. We interviewed several realtors before choosing David to sell our home. What did we like? 1. USMC Veteran. We try to keep our business in the family if we are able to. 2. He uses social media. In this day and age we were shocked that some realtors do not use social media to advertise listings!! 3. He arrived early for our appointment and had a professional presentation on how he would sell our home. David did not sell our home in 10 days or less (like he frequently does) but that was good for us!!! We moved out of state and needed the extra time to get our affairs in order. The whole timing of the sale and the close of escrow worked perfectly for us. David was also very responsive to our calls and texts. He answered all of my questions and concerns with professionalism, no matter how trivial they sounded. We have two sets of friends who plan on listing in the next 1-2 years and both plan on using David. We initially had some comparable competition. Zach and The Homes Team are amazing. I was with another realtor to sell my house and things were not done right. I had to continue to be involved and stressed out through the whole process. Anyway the deal that we had fell through because the buyer was unable to perform. So I contacted Zach when the house fell through which I had been working with cause he was showing me horse properties. David helped my husband and I last year when we were looking to buy a new home. He showed us a lot of homes, none of which were exactly what we were looking for at the time unfortunately. I was looking on Zillow for a home to purchase when I saw a REO home that I was interested in. I was experiencing communication troubles with my current agent so I went ahead and asked for more information via the website. It wasn't any time before Jennypher Moore responded. She immediately addressed the current state of the home, informed me of her availability, and willingness to show me the home. I was still working with my current realtor, and had to provide her a final opportunity to show her professionalism and follow through (two of the most important qualities in an agent). The best thing that ever happened to me was having my agent let me down again, because it gave me a chance to work with Jennypher! It was a Sunday morning when I texted Jennypher, asking if I could see two other properties I was interested in. Ten minutes later, she responded with two appointment times to see the homes.
