We first met her at an open house she was holding, back when we didn't even realize we were so ready to move, but after seeing that house we started looking in earnest. Our old house was in a slightly out-of-the-way gated community with a high HOA and Mello-Roos. Despite that, Christi was always able to draw interest in our house, and foot traffic to open houses. We had several offers, but prospective buyers backed out (at no fault of Christi's, or our house!). When we found the right house, Christi sprang to action. She is a great negotiator, managing to get us a good price for the new house, plus a seller credit to compensate for some roof issues, and to get the price up on the house that we were selling. And she's an incredible project manager in how she kept an eye on every aspect of our old house's sale and the new home's purchase -- which included everything from managing the termite repairs of the new house (the seller's agent was based in OC), dealing with roofers, and pushing our old house's buyers to get their paperwork together when a tax lien threatened to postpone the purchase. She had great referrals to electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. -- all her connections made everything go so much easier than I ever could have imagined.
