We tore down a balcony, removed a sliding door on the 2nd floor, put in a new window, stucco on the exterior and fresh drywall/paint on the inside. David arrived and gave us a great option to preserve as much that we could to save on costs. He demoed our shower area, retiled it and saved the glass. I needed someone to install a Fort Knox mailbox before the Christmas holiday. He answered my phone call right away and answered any questions that I had. We've hired David Songer and his crew at least five times over the last two years and will hire them again. Their work for us has included drywall repairs, crown molding installation, shower door installation and ceramic tile installation. They are thoughtful about how to correctly perform the work, it is meticulously detailed where needed and they have always left the work area clean. All drywall seams were perfectly invisible and matching texture was applied so that the resulting area blends perfectly. David and his team replaced the tile around our fireplace with ceramic tiles that we purchased which had a random stone-like appearance. Careful thought was given to the selection and orientation of each tile, as well as location of the grout lines, to give the best visual impression.
