They were careful to properly reinforce the hoop and make it sturdy for us and safe for the kids. Jose initially came out to provide a quote for a window job we needed, but he suggested that we instead find a historical window restorer, which we truly appreciated and respected for his honesty. Others might have attempted the repair, only to cause bigger issues later or fail to solve the main problem. One company refused to do the work unless I, myself, was present with cash even though someone else who lived there would be present. 10/10 will not hesitate to contact Jennifer and her great team again.
