Worst experience ever. David lured me away from Farmers by providing a quote about 20% better. 6 month later he yanked up to price to same what I had with Farmers. 12 months later he yanked up the price to over 2x what i had with Farmers. Yes, more than double as much as I used to pay with Farmers. I was sick and tired from hearing his constant excuse that the entire industry is raising the rates....yeah right...no one does more than double increase in 6 months. I left and got coverage from Geico for less than my original price I had with Farmers and now 6 months later it Geico actually dropped my premiums even more. So 200% increase only exists in David' dream world. Better do ur research....his agency is a complete rip off. And no they don't care about you. Also his agency is pre-historic. U need to make a change to your policy you need to go through him...what a pain. All other platforms u make ur own changes online and see real-time what impact it has to your premium.... read more

I'm fairly certain we've been with Tofig Insurance for maybe 3.5 or 4 yrs. We've been NOTHING but happy with the service. They are constantly trying to keep our rates down, ensuring our coverages are current (like asking if we have expensive items that need additional coverages), and just checking in periodically to see if we have questions. We've, unfortunately, had a few claims since being with them but every time they have been awesome. The first was a small parking lot bump and they got us taken care of quickly. The 2nd wasn't as easy :( It was my fault too; I rearended another car on the freeway. One of those "it was wet and traffic stopped and I misjudged" incidents. Well, both cars had pricy damage with both of us needing bumper replacement AND doctor visits. Once again, Tofig Insurance to the rescue. They had me set up for a repair IN A DAY and made me feel less like an idiot. Easiest claim experience ever. Everyone was great. When time came for the inevitable rate increase, Josh at Tofig Insurance gave me a call just before renewal to help manage the premium change. Our latest claim (truck vs deer) again was easy and painless. Sure, we could probably save a bit of money going somewhere else but I can't imagine the same level of service.
