I DO NOT RECOMMEND Lucia's. *********************************************************************************** I loved my wedding dress shopping experience at Lucia's. Every single part of my experience was better than I could have imagined. I felt like a customer, instead of the credit card I was at the other places I tried on dresses. They were the only dress shop I went to that didn't require an appointment ("Appointment? Not necessary. Come in whenever.") They also were the only one where I wasn't rushed (I was there for three hours), limited in the number of dresses I could try on (11) or pressured into a sale. Also, they didn't even talk money until I had decided on "the one." (Bonus: I got a discount for taking the store sample, which will be entirely rebeaded by Glonay.) Glonay is amazingly patient, knows her stock (she suggested "the one" after seeing me in a few), is unbelievably polite (continually saying "sorry" as she had to pin me in), and knows her stuff when it comes to altering the lacework and beading of delicate dresses. I just hope the rest of my vendors are as amazing as Glonay and Lucia's.

I found out a was pregnant a few weeks after ordering my bridesmaid dress, and before the dresses even came in, (the wedding I was buying the dress for was still 4 months away) I informed the owner as soon as I found out and I was told that I could either get it altered (which would be around 100 dollars for everything) or I would have to buy a new dress in a bigger size. I thought this was completely rediculous! I had no idea that I would be pregnant, it was just a terrible experience all around. I ended up using the dress I already ordered and took it to another place for alterations, and I'm hoping it fits, because the wedding is this saturday!! STAY AWAY FROM LUCIA'S!!!

She was very attentive and helpful. I never felt like she was annoyed when I needed to try on gowns I had already tried on. She was very respectful and helpful. I really appreciated her. I purchased 2 gowns and a belt. I felt the prices were fine and worked for my budget. Thanks again Marita! You are amazing. The shop itself is large and plenty of room for people to move around and be made to feel special all around. I observed other women trying on gowns and we were quick to compliment each other. People really are the best. Women lifting women up. I think you should add some quotes around your store that empower women. Those statements would be positive for our bodies and our minds. Every woman no matter what size or beauty should be empowered. When I returned to pick up my ordered gowns, the store owner, Kaitlin waited on me. She was short of help this day as sometimes happens in shops because things happen. I felt appreciated for my purchase and would definitely shop here again. Overall, a wonderful experience. Elite Entertainment and Bridal Salon really came through for our wedding 6/15/19!! We loved…read moreeverything about the services we received from them!! The services that we had used from Elite: 1) I bought my wedding dress and veil through Elite Bridal and my mom bought her Mother of the Bride's dress- my mom and I had so much fun finding my dress there- they have COUNTLESS options for all budgets and styles! If you book an appointment in advance I know there is the option to have a VIP experience, I decided to save some money and just went with a regular visit in the afternoon, during the week, and still felt like a VIP!! All of the ladies at Elite Bridal were wonderful and very easy to work with! 2) We did limo through Elite Limos and originally booked the Escalade limo, for a decent price. However, the Escalade had an unfortunate incident with a deer the week before our wedding but Kaitlin & Ryan were very kind and offered to upgrade us for free to the Party Bus or Hummer Limo- we chose the party bus and it was fantastic! 3) We chose to have our DJ through Elite Entertainment and Jeff Blankenship wound up being our guy! We received so many compliments all night on how awesome the DJ and music was and how no one had ever seen so many people on the dance floor through the whole night! Everyone is talking about how much fun they had at our wedding and I think Jeff & Elite Entertainment had a lot to do with that!! Thank you!! 4) We also chose to do Chiavari Chairs through Elite Entertainment, and they were beautiful!! I received a lot of compliments on how pretty they were and really added to the ambiance in the room! 5) Stacy from Elite helped us order tuxes through Jim's Formalwear and all of the tuxes looked great on the guys and they said they were very easy to order. Many of them needed to order them from out of state or far away (more than half actually!) and they also said it was a very easy process. My husband actually needed a different size jacket and vest when he received his in the mail and when he called Jim's Formalwear to get the new size it came in the mail very quickly TWICE!! He received it in the mail in plenty of time for us to get married. All in all- we would choose Elite all over again for the quality of service that they provided. Every interaction that I had with them via e-mail, phone, or in person was equally as personable and helpful. I have heard that some people in the area don't go with Elite because it's too "pricey" but I disagree- if you choose them for multiple services then you end up getting discounts galore! We actually saved money by going with them for so many things AND received high quality and trustworthy services! We ended up having severe rain all day during our wedding and some things needed to be moved around last minute- my aunt who was acting as our day- of coordinator on my behalf said that Elite was very easy to work with and that between her, Kaitlin from Elite, and Caitlin from the Regent (our ceremony and reception location) everything was taken care of! I can't thank all of the Elite Entertainment & Bridal employees enough for everything! We had the best day ever and I know that was in huge part to all of you!!

We found a beautiful dress that fit right off the rack for $500. The boutique outlet was clean. Nothing fancy but certainly a pleasant experience. The employees were friendly. My one gripe was the $50 mandatory appointment fee. Just seems you should be able to walk in a store and see the inventory without having to pay. They said they carried sizes 6 and up. However when we arrived, there were very few smaller sizes. I'm happy we were able to find a dress but I would have been perturbed to have driven all that way, pay a non-refundable $50 to find that they only had a handful of dresses in my daughters size. They also carry mother of the bride outfits. Again.. Limited sizes and you don't know what they have so it's like a$50 gamble. They do allow you to put that$50 towards accessories.. But being an outlet their accessories were very limited. We didn't need anything they had but I wasn't leaving without "spending" the $50. So we got 1 Mr & Mrs mug with a 2019 date, a shot glass, a couple pair of princess shoes for my granddaughter that'll fit in like 4 years and a memory jar. The veil options didn't match the color of the dress and they had no head pieces. Now I get time is money. But it just seems ridiculous they wouldn't put that $50 towards the dress. All in all we were very thankful for the outlet. We hope to never return though lol. Married till death do them part!

From the beginning to the end of my year and a half of wedding planning, the staff there was supportive, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nina was the consultant with whom I worked most closely over the process, although Susan was great too. If you want a store where someone is up in your business constantly during the appointment, Nedra's is not that place. No one is going to "jack you up" a la Monty from SYTTD Atlanta, unless you ask. But THANK GOD for that! There was not even the tiniest hint of the hard sell from them at any point in the process. Since I left the dress with them til we left town for the wedding, and "visited it" a few times to try on accessories and check the fit, they had ample opportunity to push their own stuff, and didn't. When it finally came time to pick up the dress, Nina wished me luck and asked me to stop by with wedding pictures when we got them back. Way better than your average bridal salon experience, and highly recommended.

This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful business ever. They have made what should be a…read morehappy and fun time shopping for Bridesmaid dresses into a total nightmare. They started off by measuring every bridesmaid wrong and making 2 of the bridesmaids order plus sizes dresses when they are clearly not even close to plus size (which was an extra $25). They have had to ship back the dresses once already because they didn't order them correctly. Then had to ship back another dress because there was a hole in it. The wedding is 2 weeks away and 1 dress isn't even in yet (which will also need altered) and they haven't started on altering the other 2 dresses. When we have called to check on the status of the dresses the employees are very rude and have now informed us if we stop calling they can get their job done. When I ask when the dresses will be done they can not give a time frame. Mind you we have called maybe a total of 5 times over the past 6 months. I would not recommend this business to anyone escpecially if it is for a wedding.

Without giving too much away on the specific personalized touches Adrienne and her team gave my sister, my sis had the most amazing experience here and as part of her bridal team, I was wowed myself! The dresses are gorgeous, diverse, and reasonably priced. The exterior AND interior of the studio was decorated perfectly, with flowers everywhere. And the VIP experience is 10000% worth the price!! My sister and the whole Bridal crew were crying happy tears by the end. Adrienne really made us all feel like a part of her family. When looking for my own dress this year, I knew I wanted to get an appointment here. We requested Anna as well, but she had moved to a manager role. Alyce was my stylist and a fellow bride herself and we bonded over wedding planning things. Anna made sure to stop in and say hello as well since she wasn't my stylist that day which was so kind! I was able to find my whole bridal look here while staying under budget!
