Her amazing fiancé booked The Wedding Studio's VIP experience with custom touches and help from the owner herself, Adrienne. Without giving too much away on the specific personalized touches Adrienne and her team gave my sister, my sis had the most amazing experience here and as part of her bridal team, I was wowed myself! The dresses are gorgeous, diverse, and reasonably priced. The exterior AND interior of the studio was decorated perfectly, with flowers everywhere. And the VIP experience is 10000% worth the price!! Found my wedding dress here a few weeks ago! I was here two years ago as a MOH for my friend, who also got her dress here. Anna was our stylist at that time and was great to work with. I have visited this location twice and here are my thoughts: The first time I visited, they were still in their old Clay Terrace location which was fairly small. Our consultant wasn't super attentive, but I understand that it was the end of what I assume to be a busy day. We went back a few weeks later to give the dresses and second look - by this time, they had moved into their new location in Clay Terrace and WOW! What a beautiful space! They were SO SO quick to reach out and found the exact same private designer and got directly in contact with them. I found out my dress is now on its way to my house since Gretchen's is now permanently closed! They had my best interest in me and were so helpful. The best experience ever!! I had my appointment set for a few weeks and the day of my dress shopping, of course it snows 6 inches ( in March!). Luckily, i was able to make it to the appointment with my mom, sister and one of my bridesmaids. The staff was super welcoming and honestly made me feel like a princess. They made sure to get a good idea of what Iiked/disliked and didn't push anything on me outside of my preferences or price range. I tried on about 6 dresses and found one that I absolutely loved. But being the over thinker that I was, I decided to hold off until after my appointment at another shop later that afternoon (which is a whole other story). After not finding anything at the second shop, I decided to head back to the Wedding Studio and try on my favorite again. I called to let them know and caught one of the girls right before they were about to close due to the weather. She stayed open a little later just for me to come back in and treated me just as great as my earlier visit, even though I was holding her up. She had the dress ready for me and helped me find just the right vail to complete the look and I said 'Yes' to the dress! I cannot say enough good things about the selection and customer service of The Wedding Studio in Carmel. I came to them after purchasing another dress at Marie Gabriel, where I felt pressured that my wedding was "soon and needed to place an order ASAP," was told the dress I wasn't looking for "doesn't exist," and was rushed through the appointment. The Wedding Studio was the exact opposite of that. When I walked in, Morgan instantly calmed my nerves. She allowed me to select several dresses I wanted to try and pulled some she thought I'd like as well. Morgan and the other consultants felt like good friends helping select your dream dress. They have great feedback and suggestions to alterations to help customize your dress. I found the shop online. I live very near Clay Terrace and didn't even know it was there, I wish I had because it certainly would have been my first stop. After a not so great experience at Marie Gabriel I decided to try one more shop and voila, enter The Wedding Studio. I used the online appointment request system and got a response and a coveted Saturday appointment for the same week within an hour or so - this was a great feature that many other salons do not have. Please do not walk in (unless it's to make an appointment) -you'd be encroaching on a future bride's special experience...in fact, I was so grateful of the privacy that we had in the studio (there are some larger studios that are simply bustling and crowded with walk ins). My appointment was with Andrea, who also introduced me to the store owner, Adrienne, upon my arrival. I was seated in a waiting area in the back while my guest was still on her way in a super cute faux living room and all of the ladies waiting were offered champagne. Once we were ready, she walked with me to look at dresses and pick out things I liked and made some recommendations based on my input as well. From what I saw on the floor the dress selection is not as large as many other salons, but there were so many great choices that I didn't even notice. (FYI - their standard sample gowns are size 12, which is a street size 8) We headed back to a private dressing room and she helped me in and out of several gowns, she even "built" a dress with several accents from the separates line which was surprisingly adorable. Andrea was sweet and energetic and gave valuable input during the whole process. She got on very well with my best friend and I and put up with our antics like a champ. I didn't feel upsold or pressured and the dressing area was simply gorgeous - like a little glam studio apartment. 45 minutes later I was committed to a Martina Liana gown priced at $2,200. Even though the shop was closed the next day she set up a time frame for me to come in with my fiance' to handle payment - in fact, from what I've seen they are VERY accommodating with scheduling. After putting down my 50% deposit they gave me an adorable bottle of champagne with the "She said yes to the dress" label to take home and made me promise to send pictures. She even gave me recommendations for shoes and veils which I thought was pretty stand up considering that they sell veils in house as well (the one I tried on was $600 which was just not something I was willing to pay). They do not have an in house seamstress but have partnered with a reputable independent company for this which is common. Overall I had a great experience that was completely stress free. The location is great, the availability is accessible and flexible, the store ambiance is freaking perfect, the employees are non judgmental, helpful, and supportive with the most positive attitudes. The dresses were beautiful (and I didn't get in trouble for touching them!) and competitively priced. The Wedding Studio and Andrea completely erased the memory from the first experience I had trying on dresses from my mind. As much as I want their business to succeed, I secretly also want to keep this little gem a total secret so me and my friends can have it all to ourselves. read more

He was pleasant, efficient, friendly, listened to what the bride wanted and then adjusted accordingly. He paid attention to her reactions, asked what she liked and didn't like about each dress. He didn't bring in gowns that were outside of her price range. He offered knowledgeable information on alterations. I especially liked that he wasn't pushy if she was saying yes to the dress. He assisted with the checkout process as did the person her took her measurements, making sure to get the most appropriate size to minimize alterations. He then made sure the entire party was in the photo with yes to the dress sign. If you know someone needing a wedding dress, I highly recommend you go see Evan at the Wedding Studio in Carmel. And there's no better way to start a shopping trip then with some champagne. My stylist was Erika. And she was really helpful and spent as much time as I needed for me to find my perfect wedding dress. The Wedding Studio has a great selection of dresses. The dresses start at $1000 and go up from there, but they said the average price dress in the store is $1500. When you find a dress you like, they will order the dress for you and it will arrive in a few months (mine will take 3 months). The advantage of this is you can customize the fabric colors you want on the dress and it will be in your size (although you'll still need it to be altered)! After going to a few different wedding dress shops in the Indy area, I found my dress at The Wedding Studio! Although I didn't purchase my dress here, I had THE BEST experience here. This is like top tier bridal experience/service that every bride should experience as a part of their dress shopping experience. They have a great range of dresses in at different price points and I tried on several gorgeous dresses, but ultimately not the one for me. I came on a weekday so really not busy. Immediately with Merri, we (my two bridesmaids and I) could feel that her energy was great and so inviting and she put an experience for us that was another level compared to the 5 other bridal boutiques we went to. Right off the bat, offered champagne, which my bridesmaids loved. The lighting is much better in the front of the store and as I was the only customer at the time, they let me pretend to walk down the aisle by moving the couch out of the way and changing the music in the store per our request. Merri wasn't pushy at all and was so informative in terms of different color options and alteration options. They were up front on the pricing, which I appreciated. Love it! I found my wedding dress here and could not have been happier with the service/facility. Upon entering, my wedding party and I were greeted with a glass of champagne and escorted over to our private room. Ashley, the lady helping me, sat down and asked me a few questions about what style I was looking for and then started pulling several dresses for me to try. I fell in love with one in particular but wanted to see it in the natural light, she was very helpful and let me walk around in it for about 30 extra minutes past my appointment time for me to be 100% sure this was it. After saying "yes" to the dress, we got a bottle of champagne and pictures with a sign. Great experience! A bit more on the details, 1. Dresses start at around $1300 2. All dresses are ordered and typically take 4-6 months to come in 3. Half the payment is due when you commit to the dress and the remaining balance is due after the dress comes in 4. When I first came to the studio I had an AMAZING experience! Dresses were amazing and the girl that helped me was super sweet. When I bought my dress they took my measurements and told me I was a size 10. I wear a size 4 in pants and small in tops. But I know wedding dress sizing is different so I trusted the ladies. When they measured they showed me the measurements and then compared mine with the sizing chart. All measurements lined up with size 8 except for my hips (size 10) they told me I needed the 10 because the hips would be too tight in the 8 and wouldn't zip up. Made sense right? When the dress came in I took it to an alteration place and tried it on. The alteration place told me the dress was a little OVER 2 SIZES too big and there is no way I was a 10. Unfortunately they are taking the dress in as much as they possibly can to fit. I am absolutely livid because I spent thousands of dollars on a dress and trusted them to size me correctly. My jeans are still the same size and my measurements are the same. I am not sure if the dress was made incredibly big on accident, or if the studios size chart is way off. I am very glad so many people have had success here! But, I will not be recommending anyone to buy a dress from here. My alterations are costing me more than half of what I originally paid for my dress. Trust your gut, go home and do your research before purchasing. read more

The Wedding Studio is by far the best bridal boutique I've ever been in. I am not a bride, I'm the MOH, so I didn't have the whole bride experience there, but I still have so much to say! They are so great communication. I set up the appointment and it was very easy. Once we got in there the set up was just too cute. I already loved it. We were all given a glass of champagne (YUM!) when we got there. Our consultant really took the time to get to know my sister (the bride) and understand what she was looking for. The dresses are all soooo gorgeous. The selection was really great. It didn't take long for my sister to find her dress, I think it was the third one she tried on! It is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could post pictures but the wedding hasn't happened yet! The dress is so unique and very creative looking. It's artwork! The prices aren't terrible either. Going forward the communication has been really good about how long the dress will take to come in and once it arrived. The staff has been really great about giving advice on a seamstress, corsets, etc. they are so great there and really helpful. I love this place! The Wedding Studio was the first place I tried on dresses, and it was exactly the experience I was hoping for. My girlfriends and I sipped champagne as we ooh'd and ahh'd over the gorgeous dresses. The shop is very small, and I believe they schedule only one bride at a time. The girls got to relax on a plush couch while I modeled one beautiful gown after the other. It's lace heaven here, seriously. Not a huge selection compared to the bigger stores, but I'd rather have the personal attention (and let's be honest, the booze). These dresses are high-end (though not unreasonably expensive) and definitely very different quality from what you'd get at some other well-known chains... I brought my mom and mother-in-law for a second appointment, and they loved this place as well. I didn't end up buying the fabulous booty-hugging tiered lace gown that I loved so much here, but I still think of how much fun my appointments were. In fact, I'm planning to get that dress for a vow renewal at some point. I'm planning on keeping the man, but who says I can't have another wedding!? Highly recommended if you're less interested in massive selection and more interested in high quality and having the whole shop to yourself to bask in your gorgeousness. ;-) read more

Walked in to be greeted by Adrienne, the owner, who was so genuinely excited to meet each bride and entourage. My stylist was Savannah who was amazing. This was my third bridal salon so I definitely knew what I did and did not like. She truly listened to my thoughts and helped me walk through the gowns on the floor. She kept me within designers that fit my budget but didn't shame me. She suggested a gown that was 8 sizes larger than I was but told me to trust her. It was the second dress I put on and immediately started crying. She got emotional too, which was fun to see! She had pulled the perfect gown that fit every one of my criteria. BLUF: The Wedding Studio is a lovely salon with a smaller but robust selection of bridal gowns where you will receive the attention you deserve on a fairly momentous shopping day. It's a great place for those that prefer quieter shopping experiences. While I did not purchase a gown at The Wedding Studio I cannot say how much I enjoyed my experience there and wish that I had found a gown to purchase there. Adrienne who was my consultant and owns the salon was wonderful to work with. I brought my mother, sister, and was able to FaceTime my 93 year old grandmother while at my appointment. I had no previous experience trying on bridal gowns and TWS was wonderful in helping me understand the different styles and made recommendations of other salons where I might be able to find some things that they did not carry. Overall I left with a lot of knowledge and a very warm feeling. Bridal gown shopping can be a rollercoaster of emotions and TWS did a great job of making it a cherished memory with the women in my family. read more
