We both got poke bowls with tuna, salmon, and brown rice. While the fish was absolutely delicious, especially the tuna, the rice texture was quite hard. In addition to the poke bowls, we also sampled their salmon bacon and smoked haddock. I wish we would've bought some of those items since they were very tasty! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

BUT luckily for us they had more lobsters around back. We bought hard shell live lobsters for $9-something per pound and they were roughly 1.4 - 1.6lbs. New shell lobsters are $1/lb less. I saw on their menu that they do meals too with a 24hr notice. Anyway took them home and made some garlic lobster and everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

The man working at the counter was quiet and didn't seem to want to engage in any conversation so I paid and left. The steamers and cod were really good but nothing spectacular. Sadly, the steamers and cod that I picked up at Market Basket later in the week tasted better and were less expensive. Overall, decent but not a place I would go out of my way for.

Price was reasonable too. Cooked them when we got home and it was fresh and delicious!

damn good oysters!…read more we've been wanting to have oysters lately and im so glad i was able to find this shack! its a small place with limited seating but the oysters are the freshest you can find! we got a dozen and got 4 of each for: Canada, Swell, Massachusetts and Maine. Maine and Swell would be my favorites - like the taste of clean ocean with some sweetness and texture of creamy butter..aaah so good! I think we couldve finished another dozen more lol anyway, had a really delicious "meal" and hope we can drive by this area someday again soon!

Received 1 lb of cooked tail, knuckle and claw lobster meat and it was delicious. The pieces were HUGE and the taste and texture was really impressive. Their butter is super FABULOUS as well.
