He fabricated a story to the client/neighbors that "he or she,only had to cut down the part where the storm hit the tree"..which is not true.The storm,milton,uprooted the tree with 125mph winds as evidenced in many photos taken.He has no regard for conscience or others property.He formerly desecrated my backyard when Ian hit upon removing a large maple tree and never offered to put sod,plugs or do-anything to make it right.The HOA in my neighborhood talked with him about this,and I was told that "he took my situation personally and got loud and aggressive"toward the board member who spoke with him.Unfortunately,my HOA has told me "they aren't responsible for tree issues".So the parts of my neighbors tree are still laying ,now,blocking my pool cage and the tree stump,lays sideways, exposing a 5 to 6 ft.deep hole(which is on the neighbors house in BACK of my home).This will obviously end up in court.If you want litigation, then he is the company for you.

He was soliciting work Because we had two very large dead oak trees in our front yard. At first, Josh appeared, professional and knowledgeable, and he assured us that he could have a crew and equipment on site immediately. He pressured us to pay in full before any word began stating that he needed the money to secure rental equipment and pay his workers. Against our better judgment, and because he insisted this was the only acceptable form of payment for a job. This size we paid him $14,500 in cash. Within within an hour, the crew arrived and began cutting. Not even 30 minutes into the job a large branch was dropped, crushing our shed and damaging our well system. Immediately after causing the damage, the crew packed up and left the property without explanation and never returned. We attempted to contact Josh multiple times, but he refuses to answer or take responsibility. We filed a report with the sheriffs office, but were told it is considered a civil matter. At this point it feels like we are dealing with a clear case of fraud yet as the saying goes, you can't get blood from a stone.

On August 10, 2025, he called me to say he could do the job for $700.00 and offered to work with me since it was a small job. I mentioned that I was seeking other quotes because his initial offer seemed too high, and I would let him know my decision. He called again, which should have been a warning sign for me to look for someone else, but I ignored it and agreed to have him come for the job on August 24, 2025, at 8:00 AM. I asked if he was sure about the timing because it had been raining, and whether he worked on Sundays. He assured me that he would accommodate my schedule. He arrived at 8:28 AM, which was 28 minutes late, and started banging on my door with a document showing a new charge of $950.00. He also attempted to alter the number of stumps to be removed. I refused to sign the document, and he became hostile, aggressive, and argumentative. I told him, "You will not pressure me into signing that document, and if you continue to disrespect me, you may leave." I intentionally left my entry door open to record the entire encounter. His behavior was dishonest, as he left dirt on the side of my property and failed to bag and tie up the stems and leaves for proper disposal. I have notified the county about this issue. Additionally, he made inappropriate comments, telling me how nice I looked. In my opinion, he is truly unprofessional. 0.5/5 stars.

I used to sell Tree Job's for him and he wanted me to tell him the address of the jobs he owed me for it's probably more like 10,000 but from what I could figure out $5000 he ripped me off and my commission and he chased me for miles on a scooter that he bought for me and because I quit because of nonpayment he chased me for miles I believe trying to run me over and the scooter was given to me as payment for all of the jobs I was selling and he staked my house out five different times be wireless company. He will try to bully and rip you off as well if he treated somebody like me as bad as he did he will definitely treat a stranger the same way and try to bully and rip you off for anything anyhow he can.
