The original contactor stopped returning calls and left us with three new palm trees in covered root balls awaiting planting, stumps from downed trees that needed to be removed, and a dead pine tree and magnolia tree to be taken out. Giovanni stepped up immediatrly to help us out of the situation. The entire crew came with state of the art equipment and within a few hours completed the job. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Other companies have been haphazard in dropping limbs and trimmings on garden beds destroying plants and landscape lights. Not the case here. And, all the debris was hand raked and hauled away. Each palm that was planted was handled carefully and turned and located to put its best face forward. Gino Castillo and his team did an amazing job removing one large tree and a large number of huge limbs that were hanging over our swimming pool. The work was especially difficult because it was impossible to bring any heavy duty equipment into the area. All the work had to be done by hand and with ropes at 30 to 40 ft up. There was great risk of possible damage to the fencing around the pool , to the sprinkler system and to the pool itself. They completed the job without the slightest damage and the clean up was so good that I couldn't tell that they had done all this work. Excellent work taking down our large Live Oak tree, which unfortunately was damaging the sidewalk, concrete driveway, and who knows what the roots were doing to the underground gas, water and cable lines.
