When I refused to pay for my dry cleaning I compensation for the bad service, the front line lady told me it was two different companies and I had to pay or else she would have to. I relented but this goes way beyond bad service.

They cited a ridiculous policy that once the clothes leave the store they are not responsible for damages. My sweaters still had the original dry cleaner tags on them and I've been going there for years: when was the last time you tried on your dry cleaning before leaving the store? I'm left holding the bag for $500 in ruined sweaters. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in this town--avoid these guys!
