I went to Newview and asked if they…read morecould cut it for me and they did they charged me $20, they refused to give me a receipt because they said "it was done as a favor". I decided to add more tiles so I went back to rent the saw. I told them that I need a good blade and when I saw that the blade was full of rust I asked if I could have a newer one. I was told the blade is a diamond edge and that they will not change it. I then asked that if the blade does not cut well if I can come back for a different one, I was told again no in a very belittling way that he would rather rent it to someone else. Very unprofessional place, you get a side of rudeness with the low price and I for one don't like that deal.

I bought an Echo chainsaw that I had to return to them several times because it wouldn't work…read more Even the seller couldn't get it out even after repairs. The only way to get it off was to blow air after removing the spark plug. Guess what....the chainsaw is finished after 2 days of the end of the warranty and my salesman tells me there is nothing to do.......????? All my machines were purchased from this place. Needless to say, it's over for me. Stay away from them. They don't deserve your business
