They completely changed their plan for training after one session - I was verbally told I would be refunded for a partial session due to this and never was. Decided to terminated my contract early because of these issues and received a nasty email full of personal attacks including that he didn't think it was in my best interest to keep my dogs. As an added insult I was charged for extra gas and tolls. I have been a dog owner all my life and have had only positive experiences with other trainers, groomers and veterinarians. Reviews are turned off of his facebook business page which leads me to imagine that there are others with similar complaints. Update- 2 years later and Ed continues to edit his response with complete lies. Read to see what hes come up with this time, you'll get a good laugh. They said absolutely if she had all her vaccinations which she does. We arrived and they were so nice to her and us. We were given a link to keep an eye on her throughout the day, she had so much fun but was a bit shy! They took her to eat with them making sure she had a bit extra care. When we arrived they brought her to us with a gift bag filled with toys and treats for her and us. We were told she had an amazing day and was welcome back any time. We asked about how to pay and they informed us her first day was free. We were absolutely speechless, it isn't very often that a business cares and truly appreciates our business. We were also impressed at how they loved each dog that walked I. As if they were their own. I will definitely be taking her there for many of the amenities and services they provide. The dogs are on camera for the most part when the staff are there and i sense no stress from either my french bulldog or weimaraner. i recommend paying for some of the extras , like individual play time and walks as well as the going home bath to get that kennel stink off. In the end there buisness is well run, clean, and the staff are kind. Really appreciate them and the hard work they do for our pets in this community. See yinz soon! :)

I have been using Dogstop to trim my dog's nails for years but recently had my senior dog bathed…read morethere. She is too heavy to safely get into the bathtub. She is also very timid and a little backwards. It does not help that as soon as I lift her she wiggles and splays her legs. I booked an appointment for her. This is a really good deal. I paid $50 for a bath, ear clean and nail trim. The nail trim is normally $21. They were great about reminders and letting me know how things were progressing and when she would be ready. My dog smelled incredible was not freaked out and 4 days later is still the best smelling thing in the house.
