When I bring my vehicle in here, they tell me the price and what to expect. Never a problem, no excuses, no issues. They cannot seem to compete with the prices offered by the bigger dealers in Metairie. I try to buy more local to my house but they make it difficult. The primary thing that seems to hurt them, is the the lack of sales training for people that greet you on the lot. They have personalities that are not endearing. They continually hassle you and that makes you want to drive out of your way to find another place to buy. When I am looking at trucks in the rain, and I tell you that I do not want to be helped, I am serious about that. I do not like being asked how long I plan to stay on the lot looking. I want to be left alone to press my face against the glass and smudge up the windows. They act annoyed that they are out there in the rain following you around, when you said you don't need help. This chased me off the lot in record time.

Talking on the phone is one of my least favorite things.) Unlike other dealerships, Bayou Ford listened to my request and only contacted me via email or text. Monica was prompt in her follow-up to my inquiry and made sure all of my questions were answered before I made an appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted immediately. To speed up the process, Nick appraised my trade-in while I was test driving a vehicle. The original vehicle I was interested in didn't work out, however, my sales specialist Sonny was committed to finding me the perfect vehicle. Not only was he patient and easy-going, he never tried to oversell me or put me in a car I couldn't afford. He worked with me to ensure I got the best value on my trade and made sure I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. If he is available when you arrive, I can not recommend his expertise enough. The gentleman who handled my financing made the process easy and seamless. Most importantly, he didn't try to guilt me into purchasing any "extras" once I told him I wasn't interested. Respect. The process was so quick that I forget his name. Sorry! Overall, I couldn't recommended Bayou Ford enough. The facilities are clean, the cars are well taken care of, and, most importantly, the people truly care about your car buying experience. I know the difference between transmission fluid and engine oil. Not sure how that red spot on my concrete is from a leaking oil pan. 1 star is extremely generous.

From the time I had to bring my car in for service it's been an issue with the tires, every time I would go Danielle would give me a hard time, and a story that made no sense! Just to avoid having to deal with her, I purchased a tire compressor, yesterday was the finally for me! (February 27,2025) I took my car in for an oil change, and my tires to be rotated, which means the tires were taken off of the car! I left and didn't notice a fresh set of scratches on the rim on the passenger side untill I got ready to take my dog out of the car on the passenger side, I put her in from the drivers side, I was at Destrehan Animal Hospital when I noticed it! I immediately called to speak to Danielle about it, she asked me to send a picture, I sent a picture of the scratches, she asked for a Picture of the whole tire, I sent it! When I left the Clinic I stopped at the Dealership, I felt in my spirit Danielle had her plan to try and make me appear to be a problem, she got the Mgr. Involved, he took her side if course, I was upset, and just left! My Neice asked me about dealing with Geaux Chevrolet, I strongly told her NO! Go to Toyota! I hate resorting to the race card, but I have been made to feel like my skin is my sin there! I will never purchase or recommend any one to shop there! I wash my own car, and I did two weeks ago, thise scratches weren't there! I put gas in my car a few days ago, those scratches weren't there! Danielle said there are no places that we would have driven to scrape the tire! The tires were taken OFF to be rotated! As if the scratches could have happened by reaching and scraping them on the ground, or with an object. As I told her, thus really feels personal!     Scammed me out of $7,600 , sold me a 2014 Cadillac Ats Awd. 4 months after purchase vehicle had to…read morebe put in the shop. Come to find out the car needs a new engine with a bill of $9-11,000. Mechanic stated someone had recently been in to the engine and did a patch job just too keep it running to make the sale. Also this car was supposed to be AWD but the transfer case and front driveshafts were removed before sale to cover up any issues. Furthermore, I was unable to even get the car registered due to issues with the title. I called several times to resolve this issue and he did nothing whatsoever to help. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where. He buys his cars from the carmax auction and does shotty patch jobs to scam his next victim.

    I purchased a vehicle from River Parish Auto Brokers on July 24, 2025 with Mr. Michael Clesi…read more Unfortunately, after the purchase I discovered multiple issues with the car that appear to have been known before the sale, but were not disclosed to me. Less than a week owning the vehicle I had to replace the alternator and battery. After that repair the a/c no longer was blowing cold air. I took the car to the BMW dealership where the mechanic stated the a/c was altered for the sale. The mechanic also found multiple oil leaks with the main one being at the head gasket. Not to mention the car was advertised as a 2014 model and it is a 2013. I made several attempts to contact Mr. Clesi directly to resolve the matter in hopes of finding a fair resolution-- including multiple messages and a certified letter-- but I did not receive any response. At this point, I feel it is important to share my experience so others are aware. A vehicle purchase is a major investment, and honesty and transparency from a salesman are essential. I am disappointed with how my situation has been handled. I held off this long from making this review with hopes Mr. Clesi would respond and take accountability and work with me to resolve this issue fairly. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing from Mr. Michael Clesi with River Parish Auto Brokers.
