I've been doing Botox for years and I could tell something felt off with my face and nothing happened. 2 weeks later I had to file a complaint and they told me to come back in. I never write a review for a business and even less if I do not have something good to say but this time I must. They claim they have the best machine in the market, Fuego, but it does not burn enough. I did 6 treatments on the legs and 6 on the chin, and hair is still there. During treatment I mentioned to the aesthetician that the treatment was not working. All I heard were excuses: everyone is different, the machine is the best etc. The reality is that their treatments are not effective. Do not ever let a business manager or owner bully you into removing your Yelp reviews or reviews you've put on any other platform. Social media allows everyone to express themselves about their experiences whether negative or positive. A business should never ask a consumer to remove a review. A business should also handle themselves professionally and respectfully. Also, a business owner should never reach out to a reviewer's employer because of a negative review. Instead of trying to improve the situation and hold themselves accountable, a business owner/manager should never try to ruin the reviewer's livelihood. I sent an email to the owner of the establishment in hopes of a resolution. Instead, the owner proceeded to call my employer (my email address used was my professional account) to file a complaint saying I sent a threatening email. Luckily, all emails are screened and it was obvious that no threats were made. I was commended actually for how professional and cordial I was towards the owner. I wish them nothing but success and I truly hope they see this as an opportunity to improve themselves as an establishment. Customer service being the main priority and customer relations as well. Went in to use a Groupon, came out of there $2,000 in debt because they will tell you that whatever package you purchased is not enough for the results that you want. They will either say that 1) you need more sessions or 2) you need a completely different procedure than the basic one purchased. Once there I then agreed to have a consultation for the coolsculpting, which they were really shoving down my throat. Based on their determination I would need different sessions (based on area) to see any results. Regardless, the procedure was expensive but after being told by 3 different estheticians and the office operator that this was the ONLY procedure that would work for me, I felt pressured into applying for their line of credit through GreenSky. The application process happened so fast, I was not sat in any office, rather answering questions in the front desk while the was answering calls, making appointments, and running my credit. I NEVER signed a single paper with pen, rather was receiving a bunch of automated texts to which I was being told to "accept" or put "yes." I understood I was applying for the line of credit, but did not know this business would make an immediate charge of $2,000 for a coolsculping treatment that had not taken place. They also scheduled me for the 1st session for just two business days after this application. I thought it was too soon since I still wanted to speak to my general doctor and current dietician whom I am under medical treatment with for weight loss, but I accepted to make the appointment for Tuesday. Monday morning, I had my weekly appointment with my weight loss doctor who confirmed my doubts, this procedure was NOT going to make a significant difference on someone overweight. I immediately called the office and told them I would like to cancel the procedure and I would not be going forward with the session. They simply said "OK." I visited the center this same afternoon to use the other Groupon sessions that I still had for a different treatment, which was apparently not worth my money or time but didn't want to waste them. I mentioned to the esthetician about the coolsculping cancelation and she then encouraged me to purchase a Vellashape. Since I assumed the business had voided the transaction for the original laser, I spent another $200 on Vellashape. They happily charged my credit card, and NO mentioned of my responsibility to pay $2,000 regardless of having canceled within 48 business hours. The next day I went back for Vellashape sessions #1; it was then here in a private room when I was pulled by the girl who was going to perform the laser when that I was told " YOU KNOW YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE $2,000 TO OUR MEDICAL CENTER, AND YOU MUST USE ON ANY TREATMENT." I was appalled that no one clarified this in the many phone calls and face-to-face visits when I cancelled the coolsculping (Keep reading on next post) Why would they make me spend an addition $200 then? Why didn't an office manager speak to me about this? I immediately called GreenSky Credit for assistance. I refuse to pay for services that I did not receive, nor will I be receiving. Their credit application clearly reads #3 "zero liability for transactions that you do not authorize." Let me remind everyone reading this, I authorized a credit application that a full charger of services. They like to pressure customers to book service as soon as they apply for credit so that they can then tell you that "services were booked and thus are not refundable" This is so shady and truly unethical! I would rather be told that I have to pay a cancelation fee, but no business should make you responsible to pay for a service that was never rendered and canceled within 2 business days prior to apparent appointment. Mind you, I was not provided with a copy of the GreenSky Shopping Pass/Credit Application guideless until AFTER they obtained and accessed my loan/account number and activated my loan and processed this services as a purchase. Greenwise Finance contacted DaVinciMedEsthe to dispute the charge in my behalf just to be told they would NOT refund or void this transaction because they had purchased products for my procedure. REALLY? What products? Your lasers and supplies are all available on site. This is complete B.S. I applied for credit on a Friday, they booked me for Monday with this business being closed on Sundays. They just have no ethics when it comes to handling this application process and making sure customers truly understand what they are replying through via a "text", is this considered a legal form of consent? To avoid this problem and improve customer satisfaction, as well as the integrity of running an ethical business that cares about consumers and the general public ESPECIALLY during a time of a pandemic, where we should be sensitive to people's financial hardships, this place should look into regulating texting customers when applying for credits. read more

This place is extremely disorganized and totally disrespectful of people's time. They schedule you and not only do they do confirmations the day of with only a few hours' notice, but also when you show up on time for your appt. they make you wait anywhere from 30 mins to an hour to be seen. God forbid something came up for you one day and you try to reschedule with them though. You lose your service and have to wait weeks to be able to reschedule again. I've been a customer for almost 2 years now and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but that's shame on me. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK and WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EITHER. I've had great results with my laser hair removal at Davinci! I used to pay A LOT of money for the same areas and same machine. I realized there were way better deals out there so I decided to look at Groupon. I was very skeptical at first because of the drastic price difference and use of the same exact machine which is Candela. I am so glad I went for it! Candela machine is one of the very best for hair removal and I had already had great results with it so it was priority to find someone that used it. This place has gone through a HUGE overhaul ! Beautiful renovation which added more square footage and more rooms. They re did the floors, walls and rooms to give you a very luxurious spa feel. The technicians there mean business. They are all very knowledgeable and ask all the proper questions before your treatments. They are fast too! Also really thorough. What I love is that they have great deals on all kinds of beauty treatments which makes it easy for everyone to beautify themselves (and easy on the pockets). This makes me want to do more and more treatments! I'm hooked ! I have never waited outside for more than 15 minutes which is fair for Miami when everyone is on Cuban time. On my way out, I schedule my next appointment with ease (they open Saturday's for your convenience). Hello! Just wanted to share my experiences at this place. I purchased a Groupon for Vela Shape to get rid of my cellulite on my legs. I was told by one of the ladies there that the only way to get rid of it was by getting the mesotherapy injections along with the Vela shape. So I purchased it at 280.00 I believe that was the price for four injections. The first injection hurt like crazy, the second didn't feel it much. The third I ended up at my doctors office because of the reaction that I had. I developed a rash on parts of my body and noticed all these little red dots all over my skin. I started bleeding from my mouth. Even got blood clog looking patches inside my mouth.I continue to bleed from my gums. Then my lips got really dried and cracked.I noticed a bruise above my eye. Got popped blood vessels in my eyes. My doctors office did a blood test and my blood cells were white, and indication of a bacteria or infection. I drove myself to the hospital and it turned out that my platelets were at 4%. In conclusion don't ever get injections at any spa because you never know what the consequences may end up being. Not worth the time or money! I bought the laser hair removal deal on groupon and after reading some of the reviews I was kind of skeptical but I figured let me try it out. Now I wish I hadnt. I upgraded the purchase to 18 months of treatment and now 5 months later my hair is completely back to normal. As though I never did the treatments in the first place. I have done a variety of procedures here and I am very satisfied thus far. I have gotten laser hair removal (painless), Velashape , Botox, and filler. Injector takes her time with the procedure and pays attention to detail. I purchased the full Botox which includes 1 follow up after initial application. My eyebrows were uneven 2 weeks after the 1st visit and I had a lot of movement. Even after the follow up appointment I still had movement and uneven eyebrows. And now 5 weeks later it's as if I never had any Botox done. This is after they used 100 units between both visits. Customer service: Although appointmens are required and a penalty implemented if customers are late, on each of my four visits, I was not seen until 45-60 minutes past my appointment time. This happened on EVERY occasion, and the staff was unapologetic and didn't even acknowledge the lack of timeliness. Poor quality/lack of training: On my 5/10/14 visit, I received laser treatment on my bikini line. I was burned in three locations by the technician. (My icon is a picture of the results.) This clearly indicates a lack of training of the staff. I had to ask that the laser strength be reduced THREE TIMES during my session. The technician didn't seem to understand that not all skin types can take the same laser strength, nor did she seem to care. I will NOT be back for my 2 remaining sessions. read more

I am not a "grouponer" but I wanted to try out a service(IPL) and opted to buy a groupon for this place. I really should've looked at the reviews prior to purchasing anything. Let me start by saying that they never answer their phones! You have to leave a message and they never call you back. After 3 messages over a weeks time, I finally got someone on the phone that said to leave a message and that someone would call me back...lol "Really? No! I want to make an appt. now." I finally get my appointment for 3 weeks later. I arrive and sign in and no one pays any attention to me. After 15 minutes they ask me if I have an appointment...smh. I get the paperwork to fill out and shortly thereafter I was taken back. The treatment experience was ok. On my way out, they said I should call to make an appointment which of course I declined and said I'd make it right then and there. Now this was a 4 session deal. On my follow up session, I had the first appointment at 9:30. Well they don't show up till about 9:35 and then they make coffee and catch up on gossip while customers sit in the claustrophobic lobby. So I approach the receptionist about my 9:30 appointment and that fact that it's already 10 and she says to me "Well if you're in a hurry you can reschedule. You need to come with plenty of time so that you are not rushed." Really??? Third session-9:45 appt. I show up at 9:30(first one there), they show up at 9:35. I wait an hour for a 10 minute process. They are all chatting and gossiping and can't find my paperwork. They finally take me back, this time I "came with more time". I had a 7am meeting and makeup on. Well the lady didn't bother to remove the makeup until I said something and then she proceeds to use rubbing alcohol. I understand that sometimes we have off days but these people had 4 different times to improve customer service and failed miserably every time. They really just don't care. Hence, the 1 star! Let me preface this by saying that I have been happy with the results of my laser and the technicians have been very nice. However, I recently went in for Botox and had some unfortunate results - UNEVEN EYEBROWS. When I went in to have it fixed, the medical provider was very sweet and explained that she could only make it so that the other eyebrow was paralyzed as well. I explained that I was experiencing physical discomfort by not raising the eyebrow, so matching the other one was not an option. There was not offer of giving me my money back, or at least a portion. There was no offer of a complimentary service. It was very much - we can make it so that the other side is equally as messed up or that's it. So now I have yo wait it out with eyebrows that don't match. Btw, I tried to go In the week before and they explained they only had a nurse one day that week. Very inconvenient. read more

DO NOT trust this place. They use old devices and their employees are not licensed to use them. I got laser BURNS all over my underarms and on the back neck. My last visit was on Saturday September 5th. The lady who did my session seemed new, as I did not see her there before, and was clearly confused about what she was doing and had to call in the receptionist to help her start. She was obviously not trained. I felt my skin burning and complained and she brought me some aloe vera spray. I called them the day after the treatment and every day afterwards, leaving voicemails but they never returned my calls. Eventually, I was finally able to connect with Abdara the receptionist who asked me to return to their office where I met the owner who gave me burn cream. I used the cream for a week and I didn't see improvements. I went to a dermatologist who told me that the cream they gave me isn't for laser burns and that I will need laser resurfacing treatments to remove the scars they gave me. They have been uncooperative in taking responsibility, continuously avoiding my calls and emails, and do not care to ensure that I will get the help I need to heal my skin. read more

I've done laser hair removal and Botox so far with DaVinci. The ladies were very friendly and answered all my questions. They were informative with their post care, and both treatments have been effective. I'm two treatments in on the hair removal, and I already notice a great difference. Ive had Botox done at 2 other clinics prior and this time, the doctor kept the most natural facial movement with her placement of the injections. I'll definitely do it here again. Expect to wait, and their phone service here needs work. The problem is the assistants double here as receptionists when they're not working on a customer. That's the problem. read more
