Great activity for a potential date with some of the best gender ratios out there. College students but they probably come from families with enough income. The lesson horses are of +/- quality but they are decently trained. Very tough to get into classes, if you refresh at the wrong time you may miss. They could offer more of them especially beyond the intro course in which I would like to take more of them.

Did you know horses eat peppermint candy? Oh, I had a blast and made the most amazing presentation and Sue Ebler who taught the class was probably the most supporting amazing woman that I have met at UC Davis and I wish she taught other classes that I could be with with her. She was very understanding of my situation and try to support me in anyway she could maybe I'll purchase a bag of peppermints and take a stroll down here the next time I'm feeling under the weather.!

Coach Dre had a successful and respected career in the USAF , was a USAF All Star team player who has International Basketball experience and has invested himself in top tier training programs to be a top ranked skills trainer who has trained D1 College and NBA players as well as ran his own winning ABA men's team (Solano Stallions) as well as many D1 youth AAU teams to championships. His facility has state of the art shooting equipment that tracks your shot and calls out the arc, as well as sensor balls for ball handling workout improvements and a court floor they is gentle on the knees and joints. The Big Chill has always been professional, personable and someone you can trust with your child's safety, development and he is a great teacher, being a steadfast student of life himself. As a honest person and businessman, leader in his community, he has provided NoTimeToChill Basketball Academy as an excellent source of basketball knowledge, opportunity and growth !

My son gravitates to him as a mentor: as well as to Coach Rico and Coach Mike. They know how to break down the fundamentals to help players elevate in their game. My son has been going to NoTime2Chill Skills Academy for 2 years & plays for their Jr Stallion's Team. I see the time & effort the coaches put into my son, therefore my son reciprocates and is able to deliver in a game. So far, I've seen nothing but progress/growth in my son & I can only hope he continues to get better. Team bonding is also a big one for Coach Dre, last season we went to a local food bank as a team & gave back to our community. It was great a great experience. To the coaching staff, Thank you for your time & patience. Not only is this a wonderful place to train, the gym is fully equipped with a banquet room in the back portion of the facility so you're able to rent out the whole gym & throw a party! There's a full fridge, sink, 4 big tables & about 20 chairs. There's also an area where I was able to put a balloon arch for photos & a couch and more tables, so it can accommodate a big party. There's a speaker system that you can connect to & play your play list while the kids play basketball. I appreciate the nice clean restroom for my guests. I recently just rented the facility & threw my son his 12th birthday: 3 point shooting contest, 3 on 3, Knock Out, food, cake, and lots of laughs!! He had the best time ballin' with his friends. I highly recommend everything about this place. Thanks for everything Coach Dre!

I'm writing to share some concerns I have about the youth basketball organization my grandson…read moreplayed for. While I did appreciate that the organization existed, I'm worried about the safety, fairness, and nonpositive lessons it's providing to the kids. This organization, its owners and the referees that they either employ, but say that they're volunteers should no longer be an existence. It's unfair to the children who are trying to build good basketball skills, good sportsman skills. One thing that's been a concern is that some of the owners are also the coaches. This dual role can make it hard to ensure everyone is treated fairly and impartially when it comes to team building. It seems like the referees are sometimes influenced by the coaches' aka owners instructions, which isn't ideal. This situation also puts the children at risk. When a child reports rough play or fouls, which are usually against the rules in other leagues, the organization's policy doesn't allow them to criticize the referees. Because of this, referees aren't held responsible for their actions, no matter how they play. I've seen firsthand how children can get hurt, scratched, and learn bad playing habits during games. These incidents really show how the organization isn't doing enough to look out for the kids. Plus, the organization's structure seems a bit biased. With multiple owners and coaches involved, there's a chance for favoritism and unfair treatment. Since there are so many great youth basketball programs in the Sacramento area, like Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, and Natomas, I would suggest thinking about other options for your child. Making sure your kids are safe and happy should be your main focus.

Highly recommend this league! Our experience has been fantastic. Great owners, staff, organized…read moreschedules, and a wonderful environment for kids to learn and play basketball. My son is in the 5th-6th grade division and is having a blast. We're so glad we signed up!

Are you young, new to the city, and like meeting new people?…read more Then WAKA Kickball is for you! I've been playing for 5 years now. There are several days you can play, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. Each Day of the week has a different vibe and level of competition. I mainly play on Sundays which is a little less competitive than other days. And it gives me enough time to recover. After the games we head to our sponsor bar to hang out, drink, and play flip cup. There are usually 2-3 parties that happen every season as well. I've made some of my best friends playing kickball. You should too!

Really fun and really great way to meet new people in a new city (or when you want to make new…read morefriends in the city you've lived in for awhile). Every league is different, so it's worth trying a few if you don't like the first one you are in. The kickball is fun but it works really well when paired with the drinking games after. The most important thing is to find a league where the post-game bar is on a night where you can afford to drink and is easy to get home from (i.e. no driving necessary). A good post-game means it doesn't matter whether you are on a team that loses every game. There is a mix of players and some have played for a few years and understand the strategies and have experience, while others are just starting out. Signing up as a free agent is pretty random, so you can get placed on a completely new team or as filling out an established squad. Most people are generally friendly and welcoming (beer does that to you).
