Had it there a month ago to have a 100k service, $1200. Had received several mailed recall notices for the backup camera, but parts not available. Everytime I had it in, it comes back filthy inside and out. Grease/dirt on my leather seats, steering wheel and door handles. Grease and smudges all over the chrome grill, rags and bottle caps left in the engine compartment, a small Snap-On flat head screw driver stuck in the gap in my leather driver's seat. At a $195 per hour labor rate, I would expect a lot more and better service. What happened to the days when plastic disposable covers were put on the seat and steering wheel and paper over the floor mats in the days of $50 per hour labor rates. Not at all professional, poor communications and followup. Plus, to many continous Ford recalls!

I later took it to a different mechanic, who told me that the transmission was completely shot, which differed from what D&K Auto told me (D&K said they had replaced it the year before and had a warranty on it). The mechanic also said that questionable work was done on the AC, which caused all of the freon to leak out. This caused me to look into the business, and I discovered that both their Dealer License and Tax ID were not current or valid. They sold me a broken used car illegally and pocketed almost $1,000 in taxes! They refuse to take my calls or answer my emails.
