A great little store hidden in a long strip mall on Jefferson Hwy where Elmwood Blvd intersects. We've used them twice now for cabinet knobs that are different from what you can find in the big box stores. They have quite a selection to choose from, almost overwhelming. The oval birdcage knobs were the final touch for that rustic look to the kitchen renovation. We went with a more modern pewter and crystal look in the bathroom. Service is always great. You are greeted pretty much as soon as you enter the store. They'll let you peruse the displays without hovering over your shoulders. If you need advice, they are there. They saved me one time from making a mistake. I have no complaints. They'll also handle custom cabinets, although you have to order from a book. There are plenty of other hardware from fancy front door locks to new hinges for cabinet doors. We have been quite satisfied with quality of their products and will return when the next renovation project starts up. read more

My builder recommend I go there to pick out hardware. Once there, it took someone 20 minutes to greet me even though they were not busy. When I was reluctantly helped, five minutes in, the girl excused herself because she needed "to make a very important decision" then I hear them going over a food menu. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As if the service isn't bad enough,I went on line to the Emtek website and got my door hardware at 20.00 cheaper per knob. Her being rude saved me money. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped into this shop looking for full extension soft close glides for a kitchen drawer project. The young woman that was behind the counter could not have been more helpful and fun to talk to/with. It has been awhile since I ventured out to upgrade any room in my house so was so appreciative to her for her suggestions on the other hinges to make the cabinet doors a soft close that would not break the bank! Excellent! I am re-finishing my forty year old solid wood cabinets and needed new hinges to match the new finish. Hinge styles have changed. Three years ago, they stopped manufacturing hinges that would match the holes in my cabinets and doors. I was going to have to fill in all the holes with wood putty and then redrill every dratted hole. That's a lot of holes! But the wonderful lady at Davis Sales said, there might be a few boxes of old style hinges sitting around in wholesalers' warehouses, let me call around. She called around and found the right hinges for me!!! So I don't have to wood-putty and redrill all the cabinet doors, a huge savings of energy and stress. These people know their stuff. read more
