He and his staff were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable and he was able to put the prosthetic abutment on an implant that was initially started by another Oral Surgeon who was unable to remove the healing cap after an hour of working on me. These procedures are not a "walk in the park" by any stretch of your imagination. Having said that, the two weeks to get your mouth back on line is just that; two weeks. Not very long when you know the results are with you for a very long time and the consequences of not having this done are dire at best. The check was not received in 60 days now but promised in 3 weeks. No one seems to know what is going on at your branch in Middletown regarding this. They say the check is in the mail but months pass and no refund was ever received. They don't return calls over there either. Can you speak to someone in your Middletown staff to facilitate this. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced from any dental company. Please resolve this asap, TY. Just ask them to send the check out for the $450.00 you guys owe me or find out why they are dragging their feet here. They will know who it is. Sorry for the bad review, but you guys earned it.
