Quoted at price of $150.00 I thought this was high He said ok $140.00 I ask him to do the work and they started. 30 minutes later they were done and they had gone on the roof to clean gutters I advised him that I felt that he should adjust the price and he got cocky with me and said that he had to drive He only maybe came 10 miles. he finally said to give him $120.00 for 30 minutes of work and he did not have to use the ladders on the back of the house which is one of main reasons he said the price was so high. I feel that he just ripped me off.

He moved a heavy queen bed frame from one bedroom to another. He took a broken flat screen tv down off a shelf and hauled it, along with other a pile of other miscellaneous odds and ends, to the trash dump. Steve has a good attitude, and is probably the first ever "handyman" to leave me an invoice! Steve is not your "everyday" handyman. I am proud to leave him his first review!
