After about 15 min to do something that does not require any Plumber's expertise, he charged us $195. The plumbing issue is not even fixed...we just we cannot use the sprinklers without further work. For a company that gives free estimates, this wasn't much more than an estimate. In fact, I didn't even get an estimate for actually fixing the plumbing issue! Although he did drop it to $150 for cash, it was highway robbery for what was done! Had I known their minimum was $195, regardless of whether any plumbing work was done...I would not have had him out. I'll give him 1 star for just being generally nice.

Additionally, all the lights were on, the trash was left, and, instead of disposing of the jacked up concrete properly, they dumped it in the middle of my backyard behind a tree. They did this so we couldn't see it unless we walked beyond the tree and turned back to face the house. Additionally, the shower was installed way too high and I had to pay a second contractor to put it at a normal height. I would not recommend them unless you are ok with a lack of care with your home and property.
