They don't return calls either. They don't send out notifications for anything as well, so you can get your policy cancelled without knowing what's going on. I would avoid this specific Allstate as long as Sonya Campbell is there. If they cancel you and say you owe money just file a complaint to the TN commissioners office and they'll settle it.

Mike obviously refuses to talk to me, nor to write to me and advise why my policy was cancelled (assumed). I have no idea what happened. We had NO disagreement that I recall that would justify cancelling my home owner's insurance policy. He sent me nothing in writing. I'm assuming he has cancelled my policy.
