Therefore, I also did not chose to have it repaired instead of replaced. That makes no sense as the quote was for the repairs however they are to be done. Of course I would want the top to be replaced if necessary. It also was Never explained to me that without replacement it would not look new - conversation absolutely NEVER happened. Yes, minor scratches that Collision Center caused were buffed out. The major deep scratches on my door that CC caused were not buffed out because the shop scratched too deep. It was Collision Center choice to not replace the roof of my car and Collision Center choice to not repair the damage to my door that occurred at their shop.

I went by a few body shops for estimates and was rushed through. They seemed to not care if i did business there or not. I stopped by Collision Center of Lubbock and one of the adjusters there did a very accurate detailed description of the work they would perform. She printed out the estimate and walked me through the whole process. At that point i was so impressed that i told her to order the parts and move ahead with the repair. My truck was there about three weeks. It took a lot of work to take off the box and do it back to factory specifications. The GM (Daniel) and owner (Lowell) both made sure that the truck was to my 100% satisfaction. When i picked it up it looked better than off the showroom floor. These are fine people that did me right.

So me and my husband went by to let him know he told me that the guy that had to fix the cab of the pickup from gene messer ford was going to be out so they might not be able to do it .So today 12-15-25 I called to see if I could make an appointment was advised that he did not think they would be able to get it done in by the time my grandson had to be back in college . I just really felt put off by this place of business . I have been dealing with them for a while and then to be told they wouldn't be able to get vehicle fixed. Just very disappointed. I was in a minor fender bender and…read morethe radiator was replaced, Robert kept trying to pawn it off on the head gasket leaking had my normal mechanic look at it they pressurized the system and cleaned all the engine compartment to pinpoint the problem they said its not the damn head gasket. They followed it back to a line to the water pump. Now Robert is saying its not going to be covered, even though he doesn't even work for the damn insurance company or does he as their "preferred body shop" never again wont ever use them again. Hope the owner of this company sees this and realizes that now that his workers work for progressive not for Texas body and frame and definitely not for the customers.

This was unfortunately the second time in many years and was more severe than last.The first time it cost $1200.00 at another shop. Precision did a great job on it and was $100.00 cheaper than last. I especially liked the fact that they didn't replace a couple of broken parts that wasn't that important and cost $450.00 each. We got so so very lucky and the Toyota Dealership identified and fixed this issue for another $750 by replacing the broken radiator expansion tank. The reason for one star is 1.not taking ownership of the fock up and 2.potential to fry the entire engine on this truck. Unacceptable all together and very very disappointing.
