DO NOT GO TO BIG DADDY's! this place is terrible. My g/f had her roommate back into her. She brought her car in and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. When they finally got it back to her-- it was lacking a very expensive decal. They undercharged her, then called her back demanding full payment (including decal which was not put on). Also, they seemed to mess up the front headlight. I was amazed at how long she had here car there only to get it back not fully repaired. EPIC FAIL i recommend collision king. read more

Just picked up my Camry that someone had backed into and smashed the front end. They had the car four days and when I picked it up on Friday it looked great. When I took it in on Tuesday it was VERY dirty from all the snow, dirt and ice. But when I picked it up not only had they washed it but it was vacuumed inside. Service like this is why I have been taking any of my cars to Big Daddy for many years! read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE I had a broken tail light that they claimed would take two weeks to fix. It took them 17 days but they kept wanting to push the pick up date because they had to "wash and vacuum my car"? They were super sketchy about what time the car could be picked up even on the date scheduled and after we paid for the repairs. I really wish I would have read the previous reviews before bringing my car to Big Daddy's Collision center because I seem to have had a similar experience as everyone else. I've taken my car here for body repairs twice. Each time, I had identical estimates from another business but chose Big Daddy because of their location. The first time, they called me when the body work was supposed to be completed and told me they couldn't match my paint color--they wanted to charge an additional amount to make the paint match. Only when I argued did they waive this extra charge. The second time, when the car was due to be delivered, they phoned and said they found an additional part that needed to be replaced, and it would only cost a "little more." It increased my total bill by 12%. Add jacking up the quoted price to never having the car ready on time to mediocre customer service (my sales guy can never remember who I am from one day to the next), and I'm underwhelmed. read more

I recommend Gene Messer Ford's body shop for all makes and models. Big Daddy's is slow and work is mediocre at best. Have had my car here twice. Both times same result. Missed the quoted date both times. Also told me they'd give me a loaner car the first time. That never happened. 2 weeks for a head light replacement? My car will not be back there. The only reason it went back was the convenience of it being an all state good hands network repair shop. read more

My girlfriend had her car fixed here after being hit. We dealt with Brock the entire time who isn't helpful and has no experience with customer service it seems. Long story short, after 5 weeks and 6 days the job wasn't complete. We then took it to Collision King and in one day they had it back to looking brand new, don't waste your time at Big Daddy's! read more

I recently had my BMW repaired from a full frontal collision here. The service was more expensive than other options around, but my vehicle required frame work and most other places do not have a frame alignment machine. I have mixed reviews about them personally. They did a WONDERFUL job on my vehicle, it's absolutely PERFECT now. They also let me walk to the back and watch them working on my car several times, and talk to my mechanic, Mike. However, they did charge me more than they had initially quoted me, which I was not happy about. Also they took WAY longer than they had quoted me. I was told it would take 1-2 months in the beginning and it ended up taking about 5 months. Keep in mind, the damage to my car was very extensive, but there is no reason for it to take that long. Overall, I would definitely recommend them, they did a great job, even though it took longer and was slightly more money than originally quoted. read more

This place is so rude and hateful. They talk trash about customers afyer they have been on phone with them. They are very inconsiderate they will lie between there teeth. We took a $40,000 vehicle to em and Omg they had it for 17 days. I've waited to write this for a while but it just makes me more mad. There are all kinds of new scratches on the vehicle that everybody has noticed it was left unclean on the inside. Half a$* washed there was still wax product that u could see on it. Oh when it was done supposedly they brought it to the front and it had pieces that were missing that was origanally a part of the vehicle. Still haven't received them but yet sure had to pay em and they just flat lied all the way around said and tell u what u wanted to hear just to get you in there and get your money. I would not pay to send someone else's car to this place. I would highly recommend Collision King or some other place. You know what's funny I seen a car done by one of those fly by night places that pop a tent and do it right there in the tent and it looked wonderful. took truck in for repairs, The acutal bill was way higher than estimate. They changed the numbers from the estimate and lied about changing them. the repairs took longer than promised. The owner is very unfriendly and this is a very deceptive buisiness. So many other better shops to use!!! read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. First, I was told that my car would take 3 weeks to repair. It ended up taking 9 weeks for them to have my car ready. Every time I would call to see when it might be done, I was told "It will just take one more week". That happened about 4 or 5 times. When I finally did get my car back, I had to return 2 times in 3 weeks because I was experiencing problems with my car. It has been almost a year since I took my car to Big Daddy's. I am still making repairs that they neglected to fix. I have also found where I had been "missing" a very expensive power cord to my air conditioner compressor. Needless to say, I will never return to Big Daddy's or recommend them to anyone. read more

It took them three attempts to repair my car and I still had to take it to another body shop to have it finished/correct what they didn't repair properly (Big Daddy paid for that, since they did such poor work). VERY POOR craftsmanship! The owner is unprofessional and will literally get into a yelling match with you if he disagrees with your logic. Isac (the manager) was professional and shouldn't be working at a place like this one. It is under "new management" but the current owner use to be an employee when it was getting all the bad reviews (how much better could it have gotten?). I have a three page complaint Google wouldn't let me post. They have POOR POOR POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP, POOR COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I CAUGHT THEM LYING MULTIPLE TIMES. My mother took her car to Big Daddy's for repairs after a minor accident as one of Hartfords preferred repair centers. This is the sloppiest repair job I have ever seen. There was overspray on the inside of the car, the paint didn't completely cover the new door that was put on. The paint didn't go all the way to the edge of the inside of the door. The service man said that he would keep her updated on the progress of the repairs but only contacted her once to tell her that they had ordered the parts. They said it would be two weeks for completion but when we checked on the Friday before it was to be ready on Wednesday they said they would have it in the paint booth over the weekend and would be ready on Wednesday. Checked again on Tuesday and they rudely said it would be the following Friday. On Friday they said it would be the following Wednesday as it was in the paint booth. Called again Tuesday and they said it would be ready as soon as the dealership got through with adjusting the sensors they had trouble with. They finally got it ready 23 days after they got it on Friday at closing time because they were "washing and detailing it". The car was filthy when we picked it up and had dust all over the inside and putty on the outside and in the joints. It smelled on the inside and there was a white powder all inside it. They jacked up the estimate another $2,200 than the original and then tried to charge my 82 year old mother another $100 after we told them her deductible was $375 and not $475, When they finally agreed to the $375 they tried to claim she got a $100 credit for choosing their repair shop. Her deductible was lowered because she had a vanishing deductible credit of $100 for each year without an accident. If we had just read the reviews we would never have allowed her car to go to Big Daddys. This is a poor repair shop and the receptionist was extremely rude to my 82 year old mother and myself and my husband. I would never ever recommend Big Daddys to anyone. read more

A guy at work ran into my parked car. The damage was very minor. I took it to Big Daddy's 6 weeks ago and I STILL don't have it back. They claimed that the car had preexisting damage that they had to fix in order to fix the new damage. They told me it would be about 2 weeks. Well after waiting 6 weeks and getting the run around I popped in for a surprise visit only to find my car in pieces and the damage that they "had to fix" was nowhere near the damage from my wreck. The door was off, they broke my windshield, my bumper was laying on the floor...it was a complete mess and to top it off no one seemed to be working on it. I know they have other cars there but it seems to me that if I were in their shoes I would be working overtime to get the car that has been sitting there for 6 weeks out as soon as possible. When I told the guy I was talking to that the other guy had promised it to me on Tuesday he laughed and said "Oh he lied, there's no way". I would never recommend this place and I have now been going back to the shop for surprise visits everyday to check on my car...maybe annoying them will work?? read more

I took my car in three years ago after a major hail storm for repairs. A few months ago the paint started peeling off my roof. I called Big Daddy's to see what hey could do because it was supposed to have a life time warranty. Well....they couldn't find me in there system where they had done the workand couldn't help me cause there was no proof they had done the work. So I called my insurance company and got the paperwork showing they had done the repairs. I took it to get it fixed and they said it would be done in a day. I showed up the next morning At 1030 and it still was not done...mind you I live an hour away! They told me to come back at 3 that afternoon. Showed up at 330...STILL NOT DONE! Told to come back in an hour...STILL NOT DONE!!!! Long story short....they do not communicate well with their customers, you had better hold onto your paperwork if you choose to use them and you would be smart take your repairs somewhere else!!!
