When I called to make an appointment the scheduler (person who answered the phone) was cool and flippant. I almost asked her if she had a bad night. What happened to having kind and professional people answer the phone? This is the first impression that prospective patients get.

Tried to get ahold of the office for 2 days and even sent a message through an app with no response. He had an appointment for an echo that I had to cancel because the hospital took care of that. After on hold for 15min finally got through to someone to cancel it. Not a horrible place, but just not personable enough.

The wait to see the doctor is never long though and we've been here multiple times. The front desk staff is friendly and check in is easy. The exam rooms are your average patient rooms with information and signs to read as you're waiting to be seen. Parking is aplenty, but the lot could use more handicapped spaces because it seems like they're always filled. They are an integral state of the art cardiology center. They are the ones that after 15 years finally determined the rare genetic condition that he has. His Dr was Dr Dick for years but he retired and now we see Dr. Helms. Care quality is exceptional. This is a huge complex that can be overwhelming but the staff here is great! Very competent and professional but make you feel welcome. My nephew has had a cardiac defibrillator since he was 8 and has a pacer too. With the inception of his diagnosis he has been on the appropriate meds now and we are so thankful that his defibrillator hasn't had to function recently due to v-fib. If you can imagine as a child feeling like you're being kicked by a mule in your chest and finding yourself on the floor. We are forever grateful to this top notch place!!
